DRIVE through the JUNGLE at high RPMs

DAY 14

Chest/Triceps

**I started Drive and RPM today**

Dose: 3 jw, 6 drive, 4 rpm
Strength: added 20lbs to my incline bench
Bodyweight/Body Comp: 191, meals over the weekend sucked, i should have easily packed on atleast 2 more pounds....but looking leaner in the mirror!
Pumps/Vascularity: whole upper body was pumped
Endurance: INSANE today
Aggression: wow, wayyy up, i just wanted to destroy the weights
Libido: wayyyyyy up!
Muscle Density/Hardening: arms, chest and legs a more dense
Overall Energy: crazy today
Personal Commentary: OK well i added in Drive (6 caps, load for 7 days) and RPM today. BEST workout yet!! Usually my muscles give up towards the end but today i ended with 65lb DBs on incline bench when i can usually barely lift 50's...this all at the end of a 1 hour workout session.

also my mood has been awesome all day, just feel confident with a sense of euphoria
 
coming along nicely! Ur gonna be ripped by spring break.......thats my goal right now too running Drive/RPM....do you take all 4 RPM Pre-WO? That seems to be the sweet spot for me, I'm only 180 and it says 3, but taking in 4 and I'm straight. Also, are you planning on taking RPM on your off days as well?

thanks blitz, i take all 4 RPM about an hour pre workout and no i dont take them on off days
 
DAY 15

Back/Biceps

Dose: 3 jw, 6 drive, 4 rpm
Strength: bent over DB rows went up 5lbs
Bodyweight/Body Comp: 192, looking leaner and meaner
Pumps/Vascularity: bicep pumps are always intense
Endurance: awesome
Aggression: little moody here and there
Libido: up
Muscle Density/Hardening: arms, chest and legs a more dense
Overall Energy: awesome just like yesturday
Personal Commentary: If u have ever thought about opening up the RPM caps and pouring them in a little water so it "kicks in" faster....DONT!!!...taste like ****!!!...but i did start tweaking out about 2 minutes after
 
Sorry guys, been slacking lately and havent posted in a while so heres DAYS 16,17,18 in a nutshell

Dose: 3 jw, 6 drive, 4 rpm
Strength: wow, definitely getting a boost from drive/rpm
Bodyweight/Body Comp: 192
Pumps/Vascularity: pumps are amazing
Endurance: awesome, better everyday
Aggression: all i gotta say is GET OUTTA MY WAY if ur in the gym...
Libido: up
Muscle Density/Hardening: feeling dense alllll over
Personal Commentary: Here on day 18 (today) the Drive and RPM realllllllly kicked in, strength was crazy, added 10lbs to preacher bench curls and added 24 reps (3 sets: 10/8/6)....normally i get 90lb bar for 4 curls

...also, on the cable machine for tricep pushdowns, i maxed it out....as in there was no more weight i could add to it!!

feeling good guys, each workout gets better and better
 
DAYs 19, 20

Off days....only thing to report is a short SHORT temper....but its just the initial "rush" and flipout over nothing and then a couple seconds later in calm....and also i forgot my weekend Drive doses :(

DAY 21

Chest/Triceps

Dose: 3 jw, 6 drive, 4 rpm
Strength: upped the weight on incline db press by 10lbs an 4 reps
Bodyweight/Body Comp: 192
Pumps/Vascularity: pumps are awesome
Endurance: awesome, better everyday
Aggression: just a little flipout here in there...nothing long lasting
Libido: normal
Muscle Density/Hardening: feeling dense alllll over
Personal Commentary: well my dumba ss missed my drive doses over the weekend...oops
 
DAY 22

Back/Biceps

Dose: 3 jw, 4 drive, 4 rpm
Strength: wow, repped 110lbs with bent over db rows 10 times, previous PR was 105x8
Bodyweight/Body Comp: 192
Pumps/Vascularity: great bicep pumps as usual
Endurance: i feel just as strong at the end of my workout as i do at the start
Aggression: just a little flipout here in there...nothing long lasting
Libido: fluctuates a lot
Muscle Density/Hardening: feelin/looking thick
Personal Commentary: just had a great workout today
 
DAY 23

Was supposed to do legs but i didnt feel well so i took the day off.

DAY 24

Shoulders

Dose: 3 jw, 4 drive, 4 rpm
Strength: geez, just keeps going up did 455x6 shrugs
Bodyweight/Body Comp: 192
Pumps/Vascularity: good trap pump
Endurance: long lasting
Aggression: normal
Libido: way up today
Muscle Density/Hardening: feelin/looking thick
Personal Commentary: my weight stays between 191-194, but i can tell in the mirror that my back and arms are looking bigger. Lethargy is killing me all day before my dose of RPM, its hard to pay attention in class, o well....im thinking about upping the JW dose to 4 caps per day once im done with the first bottle because i dont want to run it the full 8 weeks...should i?
 
DAY 25 (yesturday)

Biceps/Triceps

Dose: 3 jw, 4 drive, 4 rpm
Strength: felt like an absolute beast in the gym, maxed out the cable machine doing tricep pushdowns, going for 50lb db curls next week
Bodyweight/Body Comp: 192
Pumps/Vascularity: crazzzzzzzzy
Endurance: realllllly good
Aggression: wanted to destroy the weights
Libido: wayyyyy up
Muscle Density/Hardening: shoulders, back and chest all look thick
Personal Commentary: best workout yet, i worked out for an hour straight lifting my ass off, barely 20 seconds between sets
 
DAY 26

Chest/Triceps

Dose: 3 jw, 4 drive, 4 rpm
Strength: i didnt increase weight on anything do to my left shoulder bugging me a little, i dont want to hurt myself if i can help it
Bodyweight/Body Comp: 193
Pumps/Vascularity: great tricep pump as usual
Endurance: feel like the engizer bunny
Aggression: wanted to destroy the weights
Libido: above normal
Muscle Density/Hardening: chest to back is a lot thicker
Personal Commentary: usually my arms have been the biggest part of my body (besides my cough cough...) but now my back and chest have grown so much its makin my arms look smaller.....now i just have to tear them arms up!
 
DAYS 27 + 28

Back/Biceps...Legs

Dose: 3 jw, 4 drive, 4 rpm
Strength: 2 sets of 110lb db bent over rows....crazy! aslo 765lbs leg press x5!!
Bodyweight/Body Comp: 193
Pumps/Vascularity: awesome back pumps for once, also good bicep and legs pumps
Endurance: good as usual
Aggression: nothing really
Libido: above normal
Muscle Density/Hardening: back is tight, definitely getting fuller
Personal Commentary: my back is hurting (in the good way) today which is verrrrry rare. i didnt do legs lastweek but they felt really strong today

NOTE: tomorrow is my last day on the first bottle (3 caps ed)...the next bottle will be 4 caps ed
 
In the beginning of the log you were saying you might throw in PCS, do you think you are going to do so?

I ask because im going to run JW,BAM, and ProA for 8 weeks coming here pretty soon and I only have restore as a mild sort of PCT.

your thoughts?
 
It doesn't seem like hes having any side effects. I doubt he'll need it, I guess its only halfway through and if he goes higher with the dose then who knows.

weakpoint pretty much answered ur question. right now i see no need for it, but i am upping the dose today through the end of the 2nd bottle so we'll see where that goes...
 
DAYS 29 + 30 (31,32 off)

Shoulders + Biceps/triceps

Dose: 4 jw, 4 drive, 4 rpm
Strength: weight keeps going up on shrugs
Bodyweight/Body Comp: 193
Pumps/Vascularity: really good pumps all around
Endurance: good as usual
Aggression: little flip out here and there
Libido: above normal
Muscle Density/Hardening: arms, chest and shoulders feel solid
Personal Commentary: been slacking pretty bad lately keeping up with the log, im just easily distracted, SORRY guys
 
DAY 33

Chest/Triceps

Dose: 4 jw, 4 drive, 4 rpm
Strength: tricep pushdowns are a breeze now, i max out on the cable machine
Bodyweight/Body Comp: 196 (that cant be right....??)
Pumps/Vascularity: triceps were pumped from first chest exercise
Endurance: cant beat it
Aggression: up slightly, just dont fvck with me and theyre wont be a problem,lol
Libido: above normal
Muscle Density/Hardening: upper body seems thicker and more defined
Personal Commentary: great workout today, gym was PACKED full of ppl trying to get buff 3 weeks before spring break....what a joke...GET THE FVCK OUT OF MY GYM!!

skin is getting a little more oily, little more acne here and there
 
lol, i was just telling someone at work yesterday. its about time for the "New Years resolution" ppl to give up so my gym would clear out a little. i didnt even think about spring break!!
 
The first 2-3 weeks of January it was seriously impossible to get a treadmill/cross-trekker/bike. Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be the same.
 
DAYS 34-39

Been busy, and slacking bad on updates sorry guys


Only things i have to say is that weight still hovers around 193-194, i look leaner, and lifts either in weight or reps are slowing going up.

I went to a party the other night and saw some friends i havent seen in a while and they all said that i got a lot bigger, i dont really see it, but then again i see myself in the mirror everyday,lol....the comments felt good

hi mate im going to start a 4 week cycle soon and was wondering if you could post some pics to see how you have changed,

im lookingto add some lean mass,

im suprised you have leaned up as from what i have read people are meant to add fat aswell from it which is a bit od a worry for me

its actually an 8 weeks log, but i upped the does on the 2nd bottle so it wont run the full 8 weeks, i have about 10 or so days left then i'll take some pics

DAY 47

Chest/Triceps

Strength: starting to plateau a bit, but i have been pretty sick for the past week as well as pinch a nerve in my upper back/neck
Bodyweight/Body Comp: 194
Pumps/Vascularity: could chest pump today
Endurance: not so great cause im a little sick
Aggression: normal
Libido: normal
Muscle Density/Hardening: triceps felt hard as a rock today
Personal Commentary: Ive been fighting a cold for the past week or so, so weight/strength have been stagnant. while taking a shower today i somehow hurt my back/neck(WTF!!). right now its a little hard to turn my head side to side

*Side note* 6 days left of JW

lol, that would be a good story to tell haha, but no i was trying to wash my back and got a sharp pain from my shoulderblade up my neck...goin to the doc tomorrow even though its going to take a good 4-5 hours

well i pinched a nerve in my lower back a couple weeks ago, the pain went away within 2 days so i didnt think much of it. then the other day i did some deadlifts..felt fine. then i moved on to bent over db rows and i had the pain again so i stopped. then the pain crawled its way up to my shoulderblade after a few days and now it even affects my neck. well after a couple days of rest it went away. i did chest and triceps today and felt fine. then i got home and hopped in the shower and i went to wash my back and got a paralyzing feeling in my neck and i couldnt move it :(

This is a great log.

I'll be running the Jungle Warfare containing ADED in a few weeks after i finish up with lean extreme.

I'll be keeping a log on here so it's great to see how positive the experience has been for you so far.
 
Definitely a positve experience, but im sad to say that the log is over. I have a pretty bad cold along with muscle spasms in my back and neck. The only reason im ending it is because i only have about 5 days left and probably wont be able to go to the gym. I just want to get healed and get well because my spring break is in less than 2 weeks.

Thank you to everyone who has followed along!! I will post some ending pics later in the week.

unfortunately not, i became very ill towards the end of my cycle and wasnt able to eat or train for 2 1/2 weeeks and lost 15lbs......so pics wouldnt do any justice

things i noticed were, very good and prevalent strength gains, i gained 7 pounds within the first 2 weeks but didnt gain anything after, i became very very bloated....face was where i noticed it most

i have ran drive and rpm before, so i KNOW that the bloat and most of the strength increase came from the JW
