Drive/RPM thanks to themyth (sponsored)

Well that F'ing blows!

Log will be on hold for a few days. I was feeling awful when I woke up yesterday and ended up going to the hospital after suffering through work. After being there for 4 hours I was told I have acute viral syndrome. Nothing excessive until at least monday :(

Sucks to hear that man. Take care of yourself and get well and then get back to putting in the work.

Cheers!

Just a head's up for anyone who has been reading along, I finally feel some of my strength coming back to me and I will resume the stack tomorrow. My diet went a little off course while I was sick partially because I didn't want to cook while barely being able to stand, and partially because canned soups aren't exactly the healthiest of options for you but definitely helpful while sick.

Thanks to anyone who has read along and has supported me.

Good news bud!

Glad to hear the good news bud. The best thing is too always get healthy. Look at being sick not as being a set-back, but rather a timeout to gather yourself and come back more pissed off at the weights than ever so you push beyond limitation. Limitations are just mental hurdles you have to jump over...thats all.

Cheers!

hahaha this is very true! I am going to take it light lifting today so I can really assess how i'm feeling...but after that it's all in. Actually...I may not even lift today...I think there is a tennis court waiting for me!

Flu's always suck, but definetly not as bad as a Brazilian Bronchial-Flu that I recieved a few years ago after going to Brazil for a month. I thought I was going to die, really die. It was the worst experience of my life. Glad your doing better bud!

Thanks Myth. It actually wasn't really the flu. It was acute viral syndrome which the nurse explained to me as the stomach flu with 3x the pain. haha. That sounds a bit extreme to me...but that's how she said it.

Day 13 has ended :

Overall a good day. I could definitely feel the RPM returning to me after my small illness layoff. It was a plus definitely. Got some good tennis in today and will again tomorrow also. I've now been awake 24 hours...so I apologize for not fishing for my intake totals...i just lack the energy.

Activity :

8am - 40 pushups
4:15pm - 8pm = Tennis!!

Intake :

8am - 40 pushups, 3 Drive
8:30am - 1/2lb. 95% lean burger with fat free american cheese and organic ketchup, 1 medium banana, 1 scoop O.N. root beer float whey with 8oz skim milk
11am - chicken breast with organic ketchup
2pm - chinese stir fry action!
4:15pm - Tennis!
8:15pm - 1 medium banana, 50g protein (ABB Extreme Body 50)
10:45pm - 4 RPM, 2 scoop Xtend with 24oz. water
11:15pm - Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with mustard
2am - 4 shrimp, 2 cup mixed veggies, 1 cup brown rice
4am - 3 Drive, 1 Biotin
5am - 3 eggs scrambled

A good day...and now sleep.

Sounds like a good day. Get some sleep:) Where are you from byt the way, seems like your hours are different.

Sounds like a good day. Get some sleep:) Where are you from byt the way, seems like your hours are different.

Not really so much different, but I work managing on the 3rd shift...so I am at work from 11pm-7am haha. It's terribly hard getting used to..i've been doing it over a month and still haven't gotten the hang of it yet.

I am in Pennsylvania though...to answer your question.

Day 14 has come to a close :

Another good day for team Deuce, haha. I haven't felt any changes from drive or rpm as far as differential in energy or anything...but my muscles are starting to feel fuller. The muscles in my leg's especially i'm assuming because of the increased cardio and on court time for tennis. Im not sure if this has to do with increased workload or from one of the products...but I like it regardless :)

Activity :

6pm - 8:30pm = Tennis Time!!

Intake :

2pm - 3 Drive
2:20pm - 2 Morningstar Vegan patties with fat free american cheese and organic ketchup. 1 handful of cashews.
5pm - 1/4 of a whole rotisserie chicken, 1 side spinach, 1 side corn
5:30pm - 4 RPM, 6 Cordygen VO2
6pm-8:30pm - Tennis!
9pm - 1/4 of a whole rotisserie chicken, 3 slices of watermelon
11pm - 1 cup crab salad, 1 cup whole grain tostitos
Midnight - 1 cup raspberry sorbet
2am - 1 Tuna sandwich on rye bread with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, pickles. 1 cup of mixed fruit.
4:45am - 3 Drive, 1 Biotin
5:30am - 1 raisin bagel with fat free cream cheese

Like I said earlier, on the whole...the day was good. No major changes other than muscle tension. ..............until we meet again.

I used to work second shift with mandatory overtime until 2-3am it is rough. I don't know how you do third! Penn makes us neighbors..lol I'm in Ohio.

Yeah it's no fun...but at the same time I get to avoid all the BIG management in the building so that's kind of nice. Also, on nights that I don't feel like wearing a suit..I just roll in with khaki's and a polo...no one ever says anything, haha.

Thats cool that you're in Ohio. Some people that have a tennis based forum want me to come out that way this summer to play some tennis. I told them i'd think about it, haha.

Thanks as always for reading along and commenting madame :)

Day 15 is definitely over :

Good day overall...got a good nature walk in and felt good all day. Energy was way up which I definitely think had to do with RPM since I only slept about 6 hours plus I took 1 more RPM than usual. Bad news is that unless that other bottle of Drive reaches my home within the next 2 days....thats when our journey together on this log will be ending. Hey...all good things come to an end right?

Activity :

5:30pm - 6:15pm = Solid Nature Walk

Intake :

2:30pm - 3 Drive
2:50pm - 2 whole eggs scrambled with 4 egg whites and fat free american. a little organic ketchup and 4 slices turkey breast
5pm - 1 chicken breast with hot peppers, green peppers, roasted red peppers, and a homemade con queso.
5:30pm - 6:15pm = Solid Nature Walk
7pm - 2 cups of brown rice, half a supreme protein bar, 4oz whole milk
9pm - handful of whole wheat tostito's with con queso
11pm - Roast been on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pepper jack. 1 medium banana.
12:30am - 5 RPM
1am - 1/2 supreme protein bar
2am - 6oz chicken breast, 4oz center cut pork, 3 papaya enzyme pills
4am - 3 Drive, 1 Biotin
6am - 1 medium banana

So yeah...the log is almost over. I've realized that when I do logs I actually have better results when I don't than when I keep track of every little detail. For my next log (which i'm pretty sure I already signed up for, haha) I won't be writing down each and every small detail...that way I can focus more of my time on my physical activity and enjoying my day. Enjoying the day has more healthful benefits than keeping track of each breath taken anyway!!

My log has become that way. Its much less detail oriented as far as every little exercise that I do. I myself hate to log , but it gives people a chance to see how I like their companies supps, which is how it should be.

But when I log I tend to stay more excited and accountable. Gives me a push when I'm tired and I want to stay home and skip her training;)

yeah I could see that I guess. I guess it changes with different people. For me personally it's easier to not write down each and every detail just because that's time I could have spent doing some crunches or going for a short run or something. Thats how I was looking at it. Keeping track of all the pills/foods in the day is work enough to keep you sort of sidetracked. I'm busy as it is...that just adds yet another dimension, haha.

I definitely respect your point of view though...I could easily see that being true for a lot of people!

Day 16 has reached it's finale :

I had a great workout today. Overall the day was very up and down for me, (good workout, good diet 1st half day, bad fight with gf, no appetite 2nd half day) but I battled through it. I kind of tried something out that may bother Myth and the other AN-head's but I felt it was the right move. Since RPM gives me tons of energy and focus I saved it for work tonight (only slept 3 hours) and pre-w/o I used stim free ragnarok. I am glad I did it...because even though I wasn't a happy guy...my energy and focus at work would have been worth crap had it not been for RPM.

Activity :

4:30pm - 5:30pm = workout.

Warm-up = Incline Pushups 3x10, regular pushups 3x10
Circuit = Deadlifts 3x8, Squats 3x8, EZ Curls 3x8, Upright Rows 3x8, Two Handed overhead Triceps extensions 3x8.
Cool-down = Decline Sit-up 3x10, Russian Twist 2x20 (10 each side)

Intake :

2pm - 3 Drive
3pm - 3 slices of whole wheat homemade pizza made with ricotta cheese, part skim mozzarella cheese, spices, and turkey breast.
4pm - Ragnarok + 4 Cordygen V02
4:30pm - Workout
5pm - 1 scoop ON whey with 8 oz skim milk, 3 papaya enzyme tabs
7pm - plate of a weird chicken, brown rice, potato concoction
8:45pm - Lean Cuisine flatbread pita thingy
9:30pm or so - Fighting began.
11:30pm - 5 RPM
Midnight - 1 piece of eggplant with roasted red peppers and spinach, 2 oz. meatloaf
2am - 2oz. meatloaf, 2oz. tuna
4am - 3 Drive, 1 Biotin
4:45am - Handful of cashews, 1/2 grapefruit

So that was the day. I'm hoping the fighting ceases today and I can get my head back in the right place.
Only 2 more days on stack.

Done with Day 17 :

I apologize if i'm very short with this entry but things just aren't going well for me personally right now. I played tennis for over 3 hours today to try and numb what I was feeling. It didn't work...and on top of it since my head was blocked with other stuff, I played like crap too. All my food intake was forced...I had absolutely no appetite at all.

Activity :

4:30pm - 8pm = Stretches, Jump Rope, Tennis

Intake :

2pm - 3 Drive
2:20pm - Turkey breast and fat free american cheese on whole wheat bread with smart balance omega light mayo. Organic Broccoli Soup.
3:45pm - 6 fat free Fig Newmans
4pm - 4 Cordygen VO2
4:30pm - Tennis
8:30pm - 1 cup of sugar free/fat free protein pudding with 1oz. goji berries added. 3 papaya enzyme tabs
9pm - 1 cup sugar free/fat free protein pudding, 1 cup of organic vanilla yogurt
midnight - 5 RPM, 1 Biotin
12:30am - handful of cashews, 2oz. chicken, 2oz. tuna, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. 3 papaya enzyme tabs
3am - 3 Drive
3:30am - 1 medium banana, 1 chocolate PB CliF bar

That's all. Tomorrow is the last day on the log. I will be playing tennis again if it doesn't rain because I have a team practice. If it does rain, I will only lift if I really need to take out aggression or something. Right now I am very lethargic to all things not pertaining to problems i'm having

Final Review!!!

So my time spent with RPM/Drive is over now. It was a good few weeks and I definitely noticed some physical changes. I think that was a combination due to working out my legs more often, being on court more often, and the stack. For my final picture instead of the normal "make a muscle" kind of pose...I wanted to show my leg structure. It hasn't changed "drastically"...but the fullness and definition of the muscle is much greater now than it was.

Would I take these products again? definitely. Would I buy them for full price? Probably not. Would I but them on sale? Definitely. Am I glad that I have some RPM left over to play with for a while? Absolutely. I am 100% sold on this stack and especially on the effectiveness of RPM.

Overall I thought it was great at what it did...but at retail pricing, it's a good chunk of change to only last 18 days on cycle. Since I buy pretty expensive protein and my bills aren't the cheapest on the block...I don't know if it could potentially be a mainstay in my arsenal. And now...for the results.

That's a pretty huge difference! :O Good job.

Did you find that taking RPM during cardio gave you a kind of head throbbing? That's what I hear happens when you take pre wo stims/NO for cardio

No I was pretty good. Maybe that's something that goes from person to person, i'm not really sure. I have used Ragnarok, RPM, Synthatrex, and (sadly-suckered into hype at a young age) N.O. Xplode before tennis matches and bouts of running and swimming and I never really had any head pains.

I guess all things affect all people differently, haha. Overall i'd definitely suggest RPM though. Good product made by good people.

Oh I see, thanks for the info. I didn't realise no xplode was that bad, one of my gym friends takes it and really likes it. I got him some RPM though and he'll start taking that soon once his no xplode runs out.

I've tried RPM before but it was my first pre wo stim so I have nothing to really compare it against. I'm starting on New Power Jolt though, which I'm pretty sure is a inferior (but cheaper) product.

Anyway thanks for the info :)

Anytime bro! Get a free sample of Ragnarok if you want something to test your theories of these other products against. That will help you and will cost nothing, haha

First of all...thank you running a solid log and staying true to it. Your a cool guy in my book for that. Secondly, while the progress might not seem like much, I notice the difference and thats decent results in a short amount of time...way to go bud! Thanks for the feedback. It appears now we have now added another APPNUT fan...lol. :head:

Cheers Bud!

Oh I am definitely happy with the results I got. I hope you don't think by anything I said that i'm not. I think the products did a very good job for the time i got to take them. I was hoping to get another week out of them, but this was a good log!

Thanks for thanking me?! haha. No matter what if a company will spend their time and effort to find me and choose me over the competition, I will always stay true to my log and to my promise to them...that's just the kind of person I am :).

Thanks for reading Boz....i appreciate it!

Hey Chuck! I have to say I see great improvements over the 20 day period! Great job brother, I'm proud of you!

Thanks Matt :). With my schedule it's tough to get in all the time that i'd like...but I try to make the best of what i've got. I think things went pretty well for this log...i'm also looking forward to the next one i'm running. I told the USP rep that I am going to be running all my MST stuff alongside it and he said it wasnt an issue. Thats the only thing that could have stopped me from wanting to do it!

Sounds good man. The MST stuff will only make it work better so good call! I'll be looking for the next log!

I hear you on the time issue. It's tough fitting everything into the day sometimes.

Yeah well I have ridiculous amounts of crap going on. It's probably normal for most people...but i've never had to multi-task this much before. As well as with working the 3rd shift and getting as much sleep as possible...it's just all really crazy, haha. Well thank you again for checking out the log...I know you're a busy guy, and yeah...i'm headed to usta team practice now ;)

Nah...perhaps I should be more clear!

All I meant was to reassure you that you had solid results and if anyone were to think otherwise...well they could stick it where the sun don't shine...thats all. I'm a constant motivator and an optimist...so it was just my way of having your back in a sense. Sometimes its kind of hard to express fully what you mean in words, but I think you catch what I'm throwing at ya now. Hey man all is good...if we get more guys doing logs like yours that stay true and give great feedback AN is only going to get better and become a larger influence in the supplement business. Thanks again....TEAM DEUCE....LMAO...that still cracks me up! :toofunny:

Those are some pretty impressive numbers for 18 days! Great job my man! Sorry I havn't been here to respond as much as I would like, but I have 3 jobs now ad finding time online is hard now, so I ussually limit it to helping others Q's, but I was following along everyday! I will be free coming up here more though! Drive can get up there in price for some, though you could lower the dose to 4 when stacked with RPM. The RPM is an incredible value, especially if you only ue it like me pre workout! Another product you should look into is Lipotropin-PM, incredible product at an outrageously low price of $19.99 for 2 months worth of better sleep and more recomp! Hope al is well man, and thank you again for doing such a great job n the log, we very much appreciate that and remember those who do a great job! ;)

Thanks Myth. I know you're a busy dude so I never got upset that you weren't checkin in all that often. No worries! Boz had your back!! haha...he read along enough for everyone...including me ;).

It'll be nice to remembered haha...you just let me know how when the time comes :)!!

LOL just start with my update for today. I update after most of my workouts. She just won't let me put all routines. no intimidation. I've just been on for awhile:)
