Maybe I missed it but why such high rep work?
Yeah, just trying to burn more calories. I am going to do 3 high volume weeks and 1 heavy week, and repeat.
Is there a reason I shouldn't be doing this? I believe my strength is going up, based on my 1RM calculations. We will see this week.
I appreciate any insight/input you have on this matter.
