They say people that allow themselves a cheat meal/cheat day once a week do much better on their diets because at the end of every week they know that they have something to look forward too.

Very true. Plus it revs your metabolism back up so u can burn more fat. When u stay in a calorie deficit long enough your brain tells your thyroid to slowdown.

Yup it increases leptin about 2 or 3 days after my cheat day I usually end up dropping even more weight.
 
The trick is you've got to be able to jump right back on your diet, a lot of people when they get a taste of that cheat meal its hard for them to stop.

If I cook for myself it is easy to stay on my diet, it is really tough though when you have family gatherings or take the gf out. I saw someone on hear talking about how they take Alli before a meal that will throw off there diet. Never used the stuff but wondering how practical that is lol.

Oh definitely they go overboard lol. I cheat the rest of the day though lol, but its usually only a 6 to 8 hour eating window. That's just leg day though, but if by my chest/back day I'm feeling rather depleted then I have a semi-cheat meal afterwards.

Lol I that's a good question. In situations like that a good GDA is useful if you're going high with carbs.

Glad to have u bro. I'm busting my ass fur sure, I should b below 6 percent by the time I'm done. I think I'm gonna extend this to 8 weeks though and up the dose in another week.

This is going to be good, can't wait to see what kind of results you get with that. Also I feel like the S4 hits harder on an empty stomach, have you noticed this at all?

Yeah I'm loving this stuff. The Formasurge and ECA r big contributors too I'm sure. But yeah my diet is pretty much perfect but still S4 is working wonders.
 
Alright so the pump on my Formasurge wasn't working right so I probly applied more than 2 pumps. I'll probly have no estrogen tonight lol.
 
I'm doing an 8 week run of ostarine right now. I've only gone 4 weeks with S4 and GW. I'm curious to see how a 6 week S4 run treats ya

This morning, no pump and no food. Last 2 days have just been cardio, I feel flat. I never exceeded 95 grams of carbs either days. 2day I train chest/back I'll have slightly over 200 grams.

I usually go low Carb last 2 weeks. I am 6'5 though. Low Carb is in the 150s for me haha!

Not critiquing but wana do it for my next cut maybe.

Naw I never do. I just keep them moderate on training days and low on my off days. I have a big refeed on my leg day where I cheat heavily lol.

Oh okay I hear ya brother! I cheat on shoulder/deadlift day. God damn taxing that's for sure!

I am impressed with applebees under 550 menu. Outback is another favorite of mine. In and out Burger was amazing when I tried it. .....I mean...don't think about food. Stay on track

Lol u could force a donut in my mouth and I would spit it out. I'm a Nazi when it comes to dieting. When I have a goal my willpower is godly lol.
