Dr. D and others please help.

This is my first post, however I have been a member for a little while and just enjoy reading up on everyone else’s posts. To make a long story short I will sum up my problems for you. I have suffered from pubescent gyno since I was a teenager. However, I did a few cycles of superdrol, with proper PCT, and was one of the unlucky ones with the delayed gyno flare-ups. I have done many oral cycles in the past and this was the first thing to really aggravate my gyno. I tried everything you could possibly imagine to get rid of the gyno, along with many doctor visits. Finally, I decided to get the surgery done this past November. The surgery went well and I must add that the surgeon did a great job. He completely removed the masses, which also contained lumps in them. For once my nipples were pain free and completely flat. During the time I had to take to recover from the surgery I lost some weight and a lot of strength. Being very familiar with orals, I was aware of how fast I could regain my strength and size. However, I was very cautious about doing anymore cycles, after all I did not want to throw thousands of dollars down the drain for no reason. I repeatedly asked my surgeon about a reoccurrence and he assured me it is highly unlikely because he completely removed the whole tissue masses under both nipples. So, I was very hesitant, but was assured that the gyno would not come back. Then, when epistane came out I thought I would try that. After all, if it is curing other people’s gyno, so there is no way it could give me gyno, as long as my PCT is in check. I decided to go with epistane and I did a six-week cycle (20,20,30,30,40,40) along with cycle support. The cycle went very well, I only put on about 10lbs, 8 of which I have kept. My strength went through the roof, major lifts went up at least 45lbs. However, when I went into my PCT all hell broke loose. My pct consist of toremifene, restore, and size on. I had never taken toremifene before, but did a lot of research on it and it seems to be the best serm on the market. I dosed toremifene 120mg, 120mg, 60mg, 60mg, 60mg, by this time my natural test was back to normal and my guys downstairs were as big as ever. So, after day five I dosed 30mg for the next 5 days and by day 10 I started experiencing a burning sensation in my right nipple. By the way, restore was taken 4 capsules per day. I have constantly been felling my nipple and there is no mass or lump to speak of, however it still burns and I am on day 19 of PCT. There is still no problem with the left nipple but the right nipple is really bothering me, my girlfriend tells me it still looks completely flat, however I feel it is a little swollen but like I said earlier there is no lump or mass to speak of. I am just worried and lost at the same time, I am not sure if my natural test just skyrocketed and my estrogen levels raised along with that and my body is taking its course and that there is no way that the gyno can come back since the original mass was removed and the pain will eventually subside. Or, should I be really worried about a new mass forming. I am just so lost I did everything the right way and this should not be happing to me, again. Please Dr. D and anyone else give me some input on what to do.

The last week of my cycle I was benching 315lbs and today I got up 310lbs but struggled. So, I would say I have keep almost all my gains.

I dont know for sure but I had gyno and I still find myself flinching when I bump my chest. So part of it MAY be mental but just in case it would be wise to drop the restore as the 6bromo may not be working for you with all the test freeing properties restore has and get some ATD.Nutra has them for $16 I think.Take 50-75mg for a few days and drop to 25-50 for a wk then 25mg til your feeling that everything is fine.Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. Would I just take the ATD or would I take it alongside with the toremifene?

you could run the Torem @30mg for another wk or 2 but I dont know its affinity for binding to to ER in breast tissue.I think that the ATD should do the trick. If anyone else has thoughts on the Torem chime in.

So, as long as I taper down the ATD there should be limited chance of rebound, correct?
Thanks again for all your help

I want to add one point to this discussion b/c I believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding some aspects of surgery to eliminate adult onset gynecomastia.

While I do understand your surgeon stated that he “completely removed the whole tissue masses under both nipples.” He probably doesn’t mean he removed all of the breast tissue beneath your nipple. If he was a cosmetic surgeon he would know that to do so would actually leave you with a depression beneath your nipple roughly the size of a marble (depending). If he were to have removed the entire breast tissue, once you healed you would actually have what is referred to (don't laugh) as a flaccid nipple. It would sink into the small depression he had created by removing all of the tissue and actually appear to be “pushed inward.” What he most likely did, again if he is a cosmetic surgeon, is remove the excess breast tissue growth, any associated adipose tissue (fatty deposit) and excise the tissue to roughly the size of a dime in order to maintain appropriate positioning of the nipple.

Now, if your doctor was not a cosmetic surgeon, all bets are off.

I think mmowry might be on to something with the mental aspect of it. You were already paranoid about getting gyno and now you're constantly feeling the area, which could lead to irritation like the burning you're experiencing. Maybe try leaving it alone by not messing with it all the time for a little while.

You are completely right. That is exactly what he told me, however, he stated, "from removing the excess fatty tissue it should not be able to come back." Maybe I misunderstood him but that is what I got out of it.

You also have a good point. I don't know if you have ever experienced gyno, but it is fairly painful and extremely embarrassing. So, after already going through it once I am definitely paranoid about it and can not get my mind off of it no matter what I do. I believe I am definitely feeling something but you are probably right, I just keep messing with it too much and I am making it worse.
