Well that's not bad IMO.....BUT
Right off the top you need to change meal one to include a fast acting protein like whey or Iso. Also first thing in the morning is the one time of day you can get away with eating some fast acting carbs (sugar, fructose ext)

Also right before bed you need to eat some slow digesting protein sources like milk, cheese, or my favorite cottage cheese! And I know you can't be eating that same sht everyday (I actually have no idea WTF you do so...lol) it's OK to cheat a bit on this type of sht especially the carbs right now....
And the second thing (your probably already doing this but) you need some quick carbs after your wo, sugar, Gatorade, white bread, a bagle or my Favorite again Honey...whatever but try to hit 40-60gms minimum IMO. for size gains.

Will do the whey in the morning, and I'll add something else as well.

AND YES! I actually do eat that everyday! Well I haven't always. Ive been doing that for 5 weeks now in preparation for the drol cycle. . So far I've cheated 3 times. One was the applebees night, the other on fatehr's day (had cake), and yesterday I had 7 oreos! After the back workout I was so tired I came home drank my sh!t and took a 2 hr nap. When I woke I WAS STARVING TO HELL... I just gobbled the closest thing in sight... my mother's oreos, till I cooked me a steak.

You'd expect me to be pretty lean with this kind of diet... but I wish!

EDIT: For pre, during, and post workout I have about 10 scoops of XTEND total... of which 4 are post workout. I don't have my shake till 30 mns after I take the XTEND... I heard that works best. You think I should take the shake immedietly as well?

I'm surprised your not a razor blade with that diet bro.
You should read up on AAS priming man. You pretty much deny your body any excess cals (mainly carbs) for 6-8weeks and then when you start your run you up the carbs, protein ext.. this is supposed to kick your body into overdrive when it comes to anabolism/nutrient up take.
I'll PM you some sht about it tomorrow.....

The shake is probably just fine following your Xtend drink just make sure your drinking the whey/carbs no longer than 30minutes post-wo. When I use amino's like that I just sip on it throughout the wo and have my shake 30mins post.
The carbs are obviously important to help shuttle the proteins into the muscle cells (via the insulin spike) so don't forget that.
But really none of this will make or break you IMO. Just eat a good surplus everyday and lift heavy as hell and you will grow. This **** just gives the little extra kick ya know?:twisted:

:goodpost: This is a very good post my brother! I've always known that you're a smart cookie, but this post is a little extra! I'm starting to increase my good carbs now, because I've been carb-depleting for probably 8 weeks at least. Not "no" carb, just very low-carb. And now with the TRN/Epi run I've started, the gains are going to be very lean even with the extra clean carbs (whole wheat bread, sweet potatoes, asparagus, green beans, and broccoli) so I'm going to grow a few pounds and yet look sharper at the same time. That's why I'm going to shave my body, wipe on a tan (LOL), and take some good photos after this cycle. You posted some very good info here my brother!! :study:THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Dude they don't look bad at all to me. When your playing god with your hormones your gonna have some fluctuations like that. \
But I will say this, my nipps got puffy as hell when I was running Epidrol and no one fcuking believed me.........until they started to hurt and developed knot's in them!! Yea I was one of the lucky one's that got gyno off of epi...Sucked. Got rid of it though with a PCT that sported a price tag of well over $200!!! Fcuk ph's I think and this is just my opinion that 90% of the gyno from them is from prolactin.
Do you have any pain in them? Knots?

Well if by knots you mean a fixed lump, yes. On my left. I only feel the one on the right when I flex my chest, but I guess that's normal????

Anyway after PCT I think a little cutting time is in order. JMO, but I think this upcoming cut with the supps I'll use will go fairly well with the priming diet and training idea for 6 weeks. Maybe then I'll do a 1 weeker cycle of drol again of 20 mg/day for some explosive gains. Just a thought. Will look into it later and plan it out. RIght now I need to focus on the situation at hand.

Hmm, well I've always had knots under my nipps so maybe it's norm IDK? Never felt any other dude's nipps lol:blink:
It's when they (the knots) are hard and painful that you have a problem. And You probably know already but I personally think it is a terrible fcuking idea to cut right after a cycle. You need to solidify those gains made on cycle for a few months first in order to keep them.
Read up on that PCT article over there. It's really good too. Gives good outlines for post cycle training and diet ect...

Yea, 10/10. the most impressive gains for me were the first week. When I do it again I'm gonna start at 20 to get the most out of it. 20/20. I heard there is no point in lowering the dose of these things.

Alright so I missed yesterday's log, but here it is.
I can't remember the exact sets and reps I did anymore, plus I'm too lazy to log them as it is even if I remember. So quick breakdown...

Delts

Bent over laterals, lying bench laterals (on the side) no BS, I don't know what these are called either! Moved on to Dumbell presses, Smith Machine Presses, 2 sets laterals, 2 sets laterals alternating arms, 2 sets laterals one arm to failure at at time.
It was about 5 sets per exercise, took 1 hr 15 mins. I was going to man out triceps since they WERE on the schedule but after 4 sets of kickbacks my left elbow started to give me hell on the incline skull crushers. Took a break, tried again, same sh1te, called it a day in the name of longivity.

As for today, I decided to take the day off. Thought I'd get me some subway for lunch and take in some extra calories... but sh1t hit the fan. My car didn't start up. I had to eat my protein bar for lunch and not have anything on me on my last break! Cherry on top I stayed late till 4:30. That was about 5 and a half hrs without food in me but a protein bar. Prior to that I only had eggs and a shake. To make up for it I went to teh mickadees drive thru and bought me 2 big macs and a drink. Calories enough?!! I won't lie though, I was entwined with ecstasy as I wolfed down the burgers. it was a very orgasmic meal.

Sorry to barge in on this thread but just wanted to state two things:

1. You're in for a treat if not already, REAL SOON with the M-Drol. You're right about no point in lowering the dosage, don't do it!

2. Sorry for whoever didn't react well with albuterol. Did you use the "research chemical" syrup type? Because Albuterol Sulfate HFA works great for me even being a bigger guy (Microcrystalline suspension of albuterol sulfate in 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane). Athletic induced asthma really sucks, but when you have actual pharmaceutical grade albuterol, 2g's works WONDERS pre-wo 5-30 minutes along with other PWO supplements.

cycle is officially over. I decided to stop. Wed. was my last dose. Started PCT thursday. Didn't workout wed, thur, or fri. Went to gym today, pump was still incredible.......................and I actually went up in strength. Now I can rep the 90 lb db's on incline for 10. For the squats though...... strength went up I managed to get 12 good reps with 315 with no sweat and NO belt (I forgot it)....

And that's all she wrote.

Def. not the nips bro. I felt my gains were enough, especially traps and delts. I'm trying not to be so greedy as I was with the sus500. I just felt this itty bit cycle was enough for what its worth and didn't wanna push it. In fact, I gained more than I did on that sus. Probably robbed myself of some gains by doign this, though.
 
Fcuk it, if your happy with it then Kudos brother!! How long did you go total then? 10 days? How much weight did you gain??
