Douchebag: the clown who thought it a good idea to precariously balance a 10kg plate on the top row of the squat rack, where you'd normally stick 1.125's or 2.5's.
Of course, I reached for the 5kg plate underneath & not paying attention knocked the 10kg off & onto the point of my shoulder - my already dodgy shoulder.
Is it so hard to put it back where you got it from?! :zx11pissed:
Why do I feel like this situation could also have been avoided by a certain someone paying a little bit more attention to what they were doing....
