Douchebags at the gym...

I use straps on deadlifts heavier than 4 plates, dumbbells heavier than 110 for pulling or carrying exercises, and snatches. I don't see the pt of using them on pushing activities which I see at times.

im pretty much the same, and yes that is pointless. I've known guys that always wear the straps, kinda a habit I guess. I had one friend I trained with that always did. When he benched he just ran the strap through his fingers tho, he didn't wrap them around. I think he just liked having them on his hands to play with. Idk

came across these at biglots and got more excited than anybody ever should lol

Damn 70 cents? Not bad.

Wonder what the expiration date is lol

it's May, I had checked lol. I don't even like muscle milk really but for the price it's worth it. I wish I knew when they came in so I could go and buy the whole pallet lol

That's not a bad deal at all. I'm not a fan but at that price I could be...

I'll use straps, gloves, wraps, suits, pink underwear, hell a dildo outta my a$$, and when I'm 240 no ones gonna say $hit about it.....

Until then I don't use any of it lol

Gh weakens your grip?

Yes side effects are carpul tunnel syndrome (cts). CTS weakens grip. My hands swell up slightly and I can't squeeze as hard.

Alot of people say "the old school bodybuilders didn't use straps so the guys now shouldn't need them" blah blah blah. I bite my tongue. The old school guys like franco and arnold or frank weren't on 10-20iu or more of HGH. There's a reason why bodybuilding evolved like it has.

I never used straps and had great strength from being a mechanic, construction and riding MX. I could deadlift 500lbs 6 months ago no straps or DB row 120s no problem. Now on GH... can't pull more than 405 for 5reps until I fail hahaha. Now I strap da fuk up and pull weight.

Interesting. That's true, those guys didn't use high amounts of hgh, but damn they looked good and not all bloated and blocky.

They didn't have GH. Look at mid 90s bodybuilders. Look how distended their guts are. That's when they started realizing running a ton of GH probably wasn't smart because everything grows lol. Ronnie coleman was one but he fixed his issue and got rid if his gh gut but the mid to late 90s changed everything. They learned the power of gh and slin together. That's the main difference between old and new bodybuilders. AAS usage changed but not much, training evolved but didn't change, diets are the same just adjusted for size. Its interesting to see how it all changed. What's next? Peptides? Will that change bodybuilding?

I wish Gh never happened in bodybuilding. My a and p professor went off on body builders abusing that and insulin today during our endocrine lecture.

You know who are the biggest douche bags on this forum?

A particular companies reps that misspell protein and pimp their products in every damn post.

Most of the other companies reps are fine, but Jesus these guys. Every post about nutrition or bulking or pwo has one of these guys plugging their products.

The art of salesmanship is dying rapidly.
