Never said that I love squats and I do them every leg day but I like working my glutes on other days and what I mentioned above is just one of the exercises I do for that. Not sure why you feel the need to make other people feel stupid

I've seen people (girls)do this at my gym, the assisted dip/pull up used for leg pushy things. Must have been in Cosmo or something
