Hello all. Hope you’re all having a wonderful day. I need some of your wisdom.
I’ve got a buddy who’s wanting to run a cycle, he has two peaks to prepare for. The first peak is in 11 weeks, the second peak is in 16 weeks (5 weeks after first).
Peak number 1 they can be as heavy as a 200. For peak number two, they need to hit 175 (with a water cut). Currently
1-4 goal: strong as possible, with body weight staying under 200lb
Test 500
Npp 400
DHB 300
4-8 goal: strong as possible, with body weight staying under 200lbs
Test 500
npp 500
DHB 400
8-11 goal: strong as possible, with body weight staying under 200lbs
Test 750
NPP 600?
DHB 400
12-16 Goal: cut to 175 by may (with water cut) and keep or gain strength
Test 750
Npp switch to tren ace?
Tren ace - dose?
DHB - continue?’
