Dosing Help please!!!!

You guys helped a ton last month, I decided to hold off on the NCAA-questionable HyperdrolX2 and MassFX just in case I got tested... What do you know, gotta pee in a cup tomorrow! I'm glad someone brought up the possibility of HX2 coming up positive, always better to be safe. and eligible.

FINALLY STARTING the cycle in the next couple days, have a few questions.

1) I'm 265-270 right now, down a few lbs since the last posts. I've been on a carb-cycling diet, regulate the insulin levels to lose body fat but gain muscle. It kicked ass. anyways what should my daily dosage be? Lots of guys suggested upping the daily dose to at least 6, maybe 8. I want to feel this stuff. Also, I was looking for an 8 week cycle if that sounds good? Any suggestions?

2) How should I split up the daily dose? here's my schedule.

Monday: 9 am lift, mostly upper body, front press/bis/tris mostly
Tuesday: 9 am lift, mostly lower body, squat and poser cleans, some back too
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: 1 pm lift, upper body, bench and big gun day
Friday: 2 pm lift, kickboxing/sled/stadiums and anything else i feel like adding, tris or bis or shoulders
Saturday:Occasionally lift in the afternoon, upper body/dumbell workout, cardo
Sunday: Off

Should I just evenly split the dosage throughout the day, or more before lift or after or at wakeup/before bed? Also, I'm taking Jack3d, is that a problem?

Dang, big boy!! Not often I run across someone over that 250 mark. Finally, I have some company out there in the world of gravitational pull! :lol:

MFX and HX2, right? Easy! Here's what I'd do in your situation...

HX2 - 4/day, every day, don't go up. Dose 1 in the am, 1 in the afternoon, and 2 before bed. Done.

MFX - 6/day. Usually the standard dosing is 4/day, but for folks of our larger size, 6/day would probably work better. It also makes it easier to remember how to dose it, too. With 4/day, 2 pre-w/o and split the other 2 up. With 6/day, 2-2-2 all the way through. With your schedule, just dose 2 about an hour before you lift - either at 8am or at 12n. Shoot the other 2-cap doses at 2 other times spread throughout the day. Done!

IF you are dosing both products at the same time and notice any sort of upset stomach, it would be the forslean. Both contain it, and stacked together, you get a pretty good amount in you. Some are sensitive to it, while others (like me) never have been. It's an individual thing that you'll just have to find out for yourself. But not worries, we can help. If you feel off, drink a bunch of water or eat a little something. If it happens again and you've dosed with food and water, you can try splitting the products up to dose at different times. For example, on 9am lift days, pop 1 HX2 when you wake (assuming maybe 7am?), then 2 MFX at 8am as your pre-workout dose. That should help alleviate things. The body will get used to the effects of forslean after a few days and you shouldn't have problems after that.

As for Jack3d? Honestly, no idea. I'll leave that open for the other folk. Need anything else, just let us know. Good luck!

And btw: if the piss sample they take is just a little cup, they're testing you for narcotics...you'd have been fine. Better safe than sorry! ;)
 
thanks a lot T-AD. piss test was the real deal, but my bladder almost burst trying not to "void my sample" on the walk to the stadium :Flush:

just curious, is this gonna affect my pumps? I felt pretty swole yesterday, absolutely loved it.

and also, should i be taking them on an empty stomach if possible? my stomach was a little upset when i took it on an empty stomach like you mentioned, but nothing i can't handle. would it be better without food?
 
It doesn't make a significant difference between with food or without. If you are getting an upset stomach, you should definitely try to take with food.
 
I always take it before a meal. Taking it around your mealtimes was an easy step to take to make sure you dont forget to dose it... When i eat, i think about what supps i need to tke
 
Thanks for all the help guys. been taking 6 MFX,2-2-2, and 4 HX2, 1-1-2.

Do you think I could up the dose to 6 a day on the Hyperdrol X2? if it helps, why not. tried to find some forums about dosing high, but couldn't really find too much. One guy did 12 a day, a little extreme, but u guys think six is ok?
 
I wouldn't up the HX2 dose. Lower estrogen can be favorable, but going too low can be painful. I was one of the morons who up-dosed HX2 to a very high degree, just for a few days, and my knees absolutely killed me. Too low estrogen = dry joints (among other things) and it was extremely uncomfortable. From here on out, I recommend and personally stick with just 4/day.
