Those are from the early 80s when he was just starting to lift. That is outstanding for someone who was a relative beginner.

I thought you meant how he looks now and not over 20 years ago. This guy was a monster and great genetics is had by all the O winners.

Actually that would be pretty damn good if he looked like that now. Anyone have a recent pic of Dorian ion the last year or so? I often wonder what Pro BB'ers look like after they retire, I know they loose a ton of size.
 
Yeah, he looks great regardless but the title led me to believe I was going to be looking at new pictures. Some retain a good size.

thats a more recent (couldnt find any without a shirt, wonder why :blink:. Guy on the left has to learn to go a little easier on the tanning stuff on the face
 
I have read that he still hovers around the 225 range which for anyone over 40 is phenomenal.

Hmm, personally I think he looked more aesphetic in the 'before' pic but still impressive none the less.
 
its amazing when you look at dorian's pic in the early 80's and then see how he looked like as Mr O., i mean the size of arms, chest back and legs it looks huge
its the same thing with Author l rea , if you happen to see his pics before aas and after in his book
 
Wasn't Dorian Yates in that one credit debt commercial where he's wearing a suit and he says something about getting off the treadmill and getting on with your life kinda thing. Consolidated credit!!!!!!

Dorian doesnt look to bad in that blue shirt pic, but the guy on the left looks like warf from star trek...geez

I dunno if the lookin pretty average comment was a joke or what but look around sometime that is ANYTHING but average. I gotta give him credit he didn't have the best genetics in the world but he had great work ethic and look where that got him.
