G'day everyone,
I recently purchased the PES 'Muscle Hardening Stack' from Nutraplanet that had a bottle of DOPADEX included.
I've had a quick flick through the forums and what I can understand it can possibly elevate mood, increase HGH levels and provide a better nights sleep?
It's a completely new thing to me so I don't know what to expect and how to approach this supp and just wanted to some advice on best times for maximum effects, dosage, if there is anything I should avoid taking with the Dopadex tabs and what I could expect in regards to positive benefits and negative side effects if I'm doing it right/wrong.
I will be starting my PES stack next week (ABE, EP, Alphamine + DAA) and thought in the meantime I could start introducing this into my daily routine.
So far, I have taken one pill upon waking with my WPC+Creatine shake... Prepare my Amino Acid and Beta Alinine Intra-workout drink and pretty much get straight into the warm up and my lifts. I then have been taking another before bed, but I'm considering doing two before bed...?
