Photos taken at September 2014, before I started to lift seriously and decided to be bigger and stronger...

.I was 18, height 5 11" and 163 lbs at that time...

Whats your training program, diet?

Increase size and strength...

Diet is long story... 6-7 meals per day, around 3000 calories...

In short way... Eat lots of proteins, chicken, tuna, pork and eggs. Carbs to every meal and 8 hr sleep every night.. At least I'm trying to get8 hours.. But not always I succeed heavy training and lots of basic lifting.. Squats, deadlift, rows, bench presses and so on. -

Maybe I will open my journey there (if it is possible, I am newbie) to discuss my training and diet

Good progress. 3000 calories is a good amount I am jealous. I eat 2000 but I never really tried to venture over that amount for muscle gain yet.

Sorry not 3000... My mistake (tipfeler) Between 4000-4100 calories per day during bulking cycle... You ate welcome to post at my training journal...
 
Looks like a 2 year transformation from your numbers besides heavy lifting and eating more do you use anything to help you? I have been lifting for years and make good progress but I would like to see more gains as well. I eat carbs at every meal as well taking in more pre and post workout plus lean protein. My nutrient breakdown for 2000 calories is 200 carbs, 60 fat, and around 160 protein. What type of breakdown did you use if you don't mind me asking?

This was not easy, but thanks go to smith_69 who poked the sleeping bear ... and then I just couldn't let it go.

And that is why she told you to use English, because he/she/it doesn't speak a word of German.

I must admit though that a lot of work went into this endeavor. For one finding the photos of Malene Larsen must not have been that easy. It took me 30 minutes track down her Instagram page, but I had the advantage of starting with the pictures that were posted to the forums.
For two, this was done on four (that I found) lifting sites, so it wasn't just a "hey, let's troll the AM forum" kind of thing.

Here is Donna's friend Jenny, who also lifts. She doesn't to DB rows with 100lbs though, just 15lbs.
