Honestly, I never have. I’m willing to bet we don’t even stock them in my hospital. I doubt they are all that common, but it certainly seems plausible in this case.
i worked production on high speed machines for many, many years...anytime a machine gets shut down either by crashing or by manual shut down for breaks or change of shift any product in the process is required to be thrown out when restarting-this is time consuming and some operators are lazy or are behind in numbers and will start machine with unfinished product going out as finished product. it is very possible those needles missed the last action of the process, the sharpening!!!
with the high speed machine that would be required to turn out needles there are bound to be bad batches that make it thru before quality control realizes there is a issue---most of them will get pulled but always going to be some that get thru.

That was also in my mind. It is difficult to foresee a presidential election in 2024 in a traditional sense. By then, it’s highly likely the charade of democracy will be no longer be relevant. It already isn’t...

Laughably flawed. I am conservative, however I am anything but a white supremacist, I assure you of that. In the entirety of my life, including a history of hiring employees, there has not been a single incident of anything other than even handedness and fairness. The makeup of my long tenured staff, and their respective salaries, makes that more than evident.

The notion of white supremacists is a direct response to the reverse racism the black community inflicts upon the nation every chance they get. They are their own worst enemy in keeping racism alive, and getting much worse in my opinion.
