No, it was reserved for special reasons only. I never said mailing votes to everyone was a good idea, only that it was allowed.
And as Trump is finding out, you actually need evidence to support a claim, not just a hypothetical scenario that because it could exist, it does.
To think that in cities where there were mass protests and then sudden job openings for pushed mail in ballot system without seeing what the real issue is is extremely naive. Id certainly be the first to apply for a vote counting job if I was one of those Dump protestors and if I could throw them all out I would, and I know countless people from my youth that would have absolutely done the same including being a mail carrier in a conservative route and lighting those ballots on fire. Im not saying Id really do something like this now, Im actually trustworthy but me 20 years ago I guarantee my vote would effect far more than you can image and I would figure out how to do it with no issues. Thats what I mean by the average judge being naive and having no street smarts. I meant it. They job and training is to just interpret the current laws and apply it so it is what it is, thats the system. Here is one of the district court opinions: https://www.courtlistener.com/opinion/4805805/jim-bognet-v-secretary-commonwealth-of-pa/?q=ballots&type=o&order_by=score desc&stat_Precedential=on&filed_after=11/05/2020
And here is one on ballot canvassing/ observing that you have pointed out: https://www.courtlistener.com/opinion/4806888/in-re-canvassing-observ-apl-of-bd-of-elec/?q=ballots&type=o&order_by=score desc&stat_Precedential=on&filed_after=11/05/2020
Notably, the dissenting opinion is here:
Finally, short of demonstrated fraud, the notion that presumptively valid ballots
cast by the Pennsylvania electorate would be disregarded based on isolated procedural
irregularities that have been redressed -- thus disenfranchising potentially thousands of
voters -- is misguided. Accordingly, to the degree that there is a concern with protecting
or legitimizing the will of the Philadelphians who cast their votes while candidate
representatives were unnecessarily restrained at the Convention Center, I fail to see
that there is any real issue.

Anyways, your point is well taken, Dump hit the wall....its gonna go to the Supreme Court and we will see how corrupt they are....or we may not I really have no freaking clue other than I hate both Dump and Groper I wish they both go away, lol.
