'oregan wildfires: woman seen holding suspected arsonist at gunpoint'

and that moron biden running around yelling climate change.....
Climate change doesnt spark fires, unless it is an electrical storm. It produces the environment where fires are more devastating. I.e. longer dry spells.

Cmon now.

between 1990 to 2014 US greenhouse emission rate barely changed...care to wager on how other countries weigh in?

how about new zealand? between 1990 to 2017 greenhose emissions in new zealand jumped 21%

looks like not only is new zealand a big time racist country but also a big time climate polluter-boy that new zealand is fuckedup-eh?

What's this got to do with either my post or your own?

You are claiming that climate change lights fires. That's a gross misunderstanding of climate change. Now you're deflecting, yet again, with an erroneous argument.

Our black budget science tech in weather modification is at least 50 years ahead of what the general public are aware about.

Manipulating the atmosphere with frequencies, death ray technology and chemicals.

Heck, there was a time some dude not very long ago and said he can send his voice up in the air from the US over to Europe and people though he was crazy.

You still dont get it, there is a reason why certain tech is kept from the public by either special interests and/or shadow government.

This tower here was designed to give unlimited free energy across the world via Tesla tech, and they made sure this didnt happen. When Tesla died his apartment was raided and his scientific research was seized along with his papers on particle beams....

You really have no idea what our government is capable of, but Ill tell you what in 50 years when what I say today becomes mainstream you will remember me.

Yeah sure the guy who invented our AC electricity and radio couldnt get money for free energy to uplift the world into a better place, I wonder why?

What Im trying to tell you is the tech is there and reversing "climate change" is really not a problem if they wanted to do it, but they dont have as much to gain from solving the problem.

US military agency uses sound to put out fires

BBC
17 July 2012

The US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (Darpa) is investigating ways to put out fires using sound.
Fires in enclosed spaces such as warships, ground vehicles and cockpits, are a big problem for the military.

Rather than use the age-old theory that water puts out fire, Darpa came to the problem with a fresh perspective - physics.
Despite successful laboratory tests, the team admitted they were unsure how it could be applied in the real world.
Darpa launched the Instant Fire Suppression (IFS) programme to look at radical new approaches to firefighting back in 2008.

Blasting sound

Last year, researchers began experimenting.

"From a physics perspective, flames are cold plasmas. Darpa theorised that by using physics techniques rather than combustion chemistry, it might be possible to manipulate and extinguish flames," the agency explained on its information page.
Two approaches were selected - using electromagnetics and acoustics to suppress a flame.

One of the technologies explored was a hand-held electrode to suppress small methane gas and liquid fuel fires.

In another experiment the team of researchers used speakers to blast sound at specific frequencies that extinguish the flame.

"The acoustic field increases the air velocity. As the velocity goes up, the flame boundary layer, where combustion occurs, thins, making it easier to disrupt the flame," the website explained.

Although researchers succeeded in putting out small flames using both electric and acoustic techniques in the laboratory, it was not clear how to adapt these approaches to real-world applications.

Matthew Goodman, Darpa programme manager, said: "We have shown that the physics of combustion still has surprises in store for us. Perhaps these results will spur new ideas and applications in combustion research."

China’s Progress with Directed Energy Weapons

By Richard D. Fisher, Jr.
Senior Fellow, International Assessment and Strategy Center
Testimony before the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission hearing,
“China’s Advanced Weapons,”
Washington, D.C, February 23, 2017

IntroductionFor the United States, decades of technology investments in directed energy weapons—lasers, railguns and high power microwave—are finally nearing the point of providing “next generation” capabilities over potential enemies. Effective early defensive laser weapons plus defensive-offensive railguns could be deployed in the early 2020s, while multi-platform high power but compact laser weapons could be realized in the 2030s.

However, it appears increasingly likely that any period of advantage from these weapons could be shorter than expected due to China’s large investments in energy weapons development. As in many areas of advanced military technology development, it is difficult to assess precisely China’s successes or progress toward the fielding of energy weapons. While Chinese military transparency has improved gradually in some areas, with few exceptions, it does not approach that of the U.S. in energy weapons.1 “Grey Sources” can provide some insights but they do not allow for a full understanding of potential threats.

That said, China’s development of laser technology dates back to the early 1960s, aided by an early and enduring commitment by top Chinese political and military leaders. Today, early Chinese low-power electric Solid State Laser (SSL) “kill” weapons are being marketed as there are indications China is also developing more powerful laser weapons, showing interest in using them on land, naval, air and space platforms.

China has also made impressive investments in electromagnetic launch (EM) technology as there are indications it has produced experimental railguns and may have tested an early electromagnetic aircraft launch system (EMALS) for a future aircraft carrier.

Larger electromagnetic launch systems may serve as space launch system, and China also appears interested in electro-thermal launch to boost the power of conventional artillery. Chinse sources confirm great interest in high power microwave (HPM) weapons, including HPM cannons and bombs, and so far, initial “active denial” systems are being marketed. China’s energy weapons program has a breadth and intensity that should greatly concern American and Allied defense planners.

Some Chinese military experts expect that energy weapons will become more prevalent in 10 to 20 years and will dominate the battlefield in 30 years. As such, it is imperative that the United States redouble its focus to achieve technology breakthroughs needed to realize decisive energy weapon capabilities and be ready to cooperate with critical allies to accelerate co-developments. The U.S. should also retain the flexibility to deploy energy weapons from diverse platforms, including space platforms, to meet what could be rapidly emerging new Chinese energy weapon threats.

The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project, also called HAARP is a disturbing program being conducted by the U.S. Military and the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Many of the concepts employed for the functions of HAARP come from the writings of Nikola Tesla. Some of the intended uses of HAARP come directly from hell. Tesla's intention was to advance science and technology to free man to pursue more intellectual endeavours. One of the intended uses may be the control of the minds of the public. Basically, HAARP is a device which beams super-powerful radio waves to the ionosphere, heating those areas, thereby lifting them. The electromagnetic waves bounce back to the earth and penetrate everything, even a person. Some of the planned uses of this technology: 1. A military tool to replace the electromagnetic pulse effect of thermonuclear devices; 2. To replace the extremely low frequency (ELF) communications network system; 3. To replace the over-the-horizon radar system; 4. To provide a wide area of earth penetrating tomography;

China And Russia Have Run Controversial Experiments That Modified Earth's Atmosphere

PETER DOCKRILL
www.sciencealert.com
19 DECEMBER 2018

China and Russia have jointly conducted a controversial series of experiments to modify Earth's atmosphere with high-frequency radio waves.

From a Russian installation called the Sura Ionospheric Heating Facility near the town of Vasilsursk, east of Moscow, scientists emitted high-frequency radio waves to manipulate the ionosphere, while the China Seismo‐Electromagnetic Satellite (CSES) measured the effects on plasma disturbance from orbit.

It's not the first time research like this has been conducted, but news of the China-Russia developments – conveyed via a published paper on the experiments, and a recent article in the South China Morning Post – has ignited concerns over the potential military applications of this kind of science.

That's because the ionosphere, and the ionised gas (plasma) that inhabits it, is crucial to radio communication. By selectively disturbing the charged particles that make up this part of the upper atmosphere, scientists or even governments could theoretically boost or block long-range radio signals.

Even these preliminary experiments – conducted in June, and ostensibly designed as a test-case for future related ionosphere research – had extreme effects.

In one of the experiments, the affected area of ionosphere disturbance reportedly covered 126,000 square kilometres (49,000 square miles). In another test, ionised gas in the atmosphere increased in heat by 100 degrees Celsius (212 degrees Fahrenheit).
For their part, those involved claim the research is purely scientific, and harmless to the atmosphere.
"We are not playing God," an unidentified researcher who asked to remain nameless told the South China Morning Post.

"We are not the only country teaming up with the Russians. Other countries have done similar things."
On that score, at least, there's no dispute.

The Sura base was established by the Soviet Union in the early 1980s, but is said to have been the inspiration for an even larger atmospheric heating facility in the US called the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), which was built in Alaska about a decade later.

HAARP – which is a considerably more powerful ionospheric pump facility than Sura – was initially partly funded by the US military, but is now administered by the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

The US Air Force hasn't given up on atmospheric manipulation though, and among other projects has in recent times investigated dropping plasma bombs of charged particles into the upper atmosphere to see how that affects the ionosphere.

Not to be left out, China is also reportedly building an advanced ionosphere heater in the city of Sanya, on the island province of Hainan at the south of China, which the Post suggests could manipulate the ionosphere over the entire South China Sea.

LOL I was amped up last night so had full foil on. Just finished the 2nd season of Umbrella Academy then started 2nd season of The Boys!

Anyways Im fine, Im just trying to say they do alot of scientific stuff out there and Im certain they are 25-50 years ahead of public knowledge when it comes to science and tech. Other than that I dunno for certain all the answers but its something people should think and consider.

I got caught in the middle of a rare accidental Beijing man made giant snow storm back in '09 so kinda fascinated with this stuff since when it comes up. Beijing's biggest snow storm in over half a century. Im not making this up I was there.

I never said "mind control" Im just bringing it up as around the world they are experimenting our atmosphere in various ways and often its overlooked and unaccounted for, instead they blame my flatulence and ribeye steak Im going to eat for lunch today for climate change. They blame weather conditions on climate change dont they? The two intermingle together and my point is more that they screw around with the earth rather than just specifically weather events.

I dunno why this wouldnt be a fair point to bring up when it come to climate change debates.

'biden pledges to rollback trumps's tax cuts:'a lot of you may not like that'

are you kidding me...with the economy already suffering, in order for biden to fulfill promises he has made he is going to have to increase taxes A LOT on all working Americans...not only this but states are also going to have to increase taxes at state and local level since biden will be spending all the federal tax money on 'pet' projects--i take that back, biden will need to bailout dumbass blue states which have been devastated by looting and rioting that democrat govs and mayors have allowed to ruin their cities.

all in all biden would totally ruin this country if he gets his way. if the senate were to go blue we would be totally fuckedover.
