they also took away funding for veterans choice...vet's comprise a huge bloc of trump voters and are none to happy about this.

the bill also included funding for planned parenthood and sanctuary cities, the democrats should be real pleased

So I saw a poll on CNN earlier about how many Americans think Dump had sex with mad hoes and 65% said yes, I happen to be one of them.

What the poll left out which would be more significant is the option of "Yes, but I dont give a damn!"

Would using DoD money for the wall, which I agree is a dumb idea btw (further still, I think the wall in general is a dumb idea), affect vets? I thought VA funding and DoD funding were separate.

You're correct, I should have said military rather than vets. They're for the most part separate.

how do illegals pay taxes? I didn't think social security numbers were given to illegals?

definitely think there should be a way of distinguishing between citizens and non citizens on the census, unfortunately I've heard it is illegal to make it mandatory to declare resident status...this should be changed, imo. not only for representation, but for federal dollar allotment.

turns out mateen's father was a fbi informant, and when the fbi investigated omar it was his father's 'handler' who did the investigation....omar was deemed not a threat!!!

I havent looked into this at all, but 9 times out of 10 it all ends up in the hands of the CIA/FBI behind the scenes.

They take orders from higher ups, just like the San Bernadido (spelling? lol) shootings they were forced to lay off the terrorists they were tracing and afterwards they took no responsibilities in both their personal failures and following up to find others in the US government accountable after the incident.

They are more interested in blowing trillions of dollars in tax payer money to unlocking a stupid phone to stick it to Apple than simply enforcing real Constitutional law.

I think there are alot of good people that work in the FBI but I have no trust and confidence in them as an organization. From the very top they are secret state big corrupt government and are deeply involved in the 9/11 cover up. The US Constitution does not authorize Federal police forces and they need to be abolished.

my understanding is that it is legal to have the citizenship question on census, but it is illegal for it to be mandatory....so even though the question is on there it is not required to be answered.
 
another government fail....ice was taking a dangerous criminal through airport security...they had to take the prisoners handcuffs off, and when they did he escaped....it seems obvious to me that if ice knew handcuffs had to be removed going through airport security that plastic restraints would be more appropriate---damn, that protocol definitely needs to be looked at!!!

It's definitely legal to ask. Just seems dumb to answer it honestly. If you're brown and say you refuse to answer that question, I can almost guarantee you'll be getting a knock on your door.

I don't agree with that...if word got out that what you say was happening the stink would be worse than a dead skunk in the middle of the road!!!

it does seem like a catch 22 though...if you don't answer that in and of itself tells the story...I would not be surprised if smart people in states with large illegal populations advise everyone including citizens to not answer the question-this is what I think is going to happen!!!

the last census we were in the process of moving and didn't fill it out....we got hounded and ended up having to fill out the looong form.

not a good idea not filling it out, from my experience!!!

Then if you live where I live you are protected breaking the law...so screwed up in NY with sanctuary cities/towns.

I never filled one out in my life. I never got one since I lived on my own starting 96 to date. What am I supposed to do call them?

I remember back in 2000 when I was living in ghetto housing someone knocked on my door and I simply told them to go away and never come back, lol. I was drunk I think.

Part of that is owed to the adults from the other side giving him and the other selected Parkland kids the big push to fulfill their political agendas. Its inevitable that this was going to happen.
