And the activist judges that ruled the EO must be stopped made official rulings stating that he was still banning religious groups over others, which the text of the EO clearly says otherwise.

And Trump personally has said he wants to ban people based on their religion. He created this mess. These are not IKEA instructions, they are very vague documents that could be used to discriminate against people based on their religion because it leaves it up to the discretion of people who have repeatedly made statements against a religion. BUT AGAIN, I don't care about this so don't know why you keep bringing it up. The President did his job. The judge is doing his job. There is a process. Been like this for a while now.

I hate Obama as a president as much as the next guy but I do think he his a VERY very intelligent man who has accomplished alot. President is not an easy job and most great minds would suck dick at it.

yup, there is a process. the lower courts did theirs and now hopefully the supreme court will get the chance to do their jobs.

He was a staffer to public servants, to top it off the DNC is a criminal domestic terrorist war mongering violent organization, so its real hard to just sweep what happened the their employee under a rug in the public eyes.

Personally Id be shocked if he wasnt murdered by the government, but I cant in my own mind conclude on that, neither will any investigation run by the government for the most part. Nobody but a few or as low as 1 person knows the truth, not even the families.

therein lies the problem...the courts have become hype-political...these days the courts always seem to make decisions based on politics!!!

you and I both know the courts the democrats chose to oppose the travel ban was cherry picked because of their past liberal rulings!!!


I would not be surprised if there was 'COLLUSION' between the democrats and the judges before hand!!!

Judges are there as part of the system and the judge in question, like any other judge, had information presented to him and made a decision. Also, credit where credit is due, thank you for saying left or right, because I agree with you that judges shouldn't be political, but they are because 1) they are human and 2) they are appointed by politicians. The other people in this thread trying to argue this point are biased as ****. Where was the outrage when the republicans wouldn't let the President fill an empty Supreme Court seat? Where was the outrage when a republican judge blocked Obama's overtime pay rule or when a republican judge blocked his rule on transgender bathrooms in schools?

When did you inquire about our thoughts on Obama's overtime rule getting shut down? Don't forget your previous response applies here as well. :)

Regarding the overtime EO, from Reuters:
"On Tuesday, Mazzant, who was appointed by President Barack Obama, ruled that the federal law governing overtime does not allow the Labor Department to decide which workers are eligible based on salary levels alone.

The Fair Labor Standards Act says that employees can be exempt from overtime if they perform executive, administrative or professional duties, but the rule “creates essentially a de facto salary-only test,” Mazzant wrote in the 20-page ruling."

Did you know the "activist judge" that ruled against this was appointed by Obama? At least he cited the language of the law and how it doesn't include the provisions set forth in the EO.

Make a big stink about something to push your agenda then brush it under the rug...remember "lock her up" and then later "she's really not a bad person"? Both sides play this game very well.

I think he has some room in that home to accept at least 2 random Refugee families that he is responsible for destroying their livelihood back home. Hope we can believe in!
