No, because how could an illegal serve on a jury in America. Now wouldnt you say per say if it is a Mexican illegal on trial, wouldnt a jury of Naturalized Mexican-Americans be a jury of his peers. Or a German, Serbian, or whatever. Naturalized Citizens from the illegal caught would make up a jury of his/her peers. And ones that all did it the legal way.

yeah, me too....you put 3,000 'caravan' people in a couple of strategic places with very little in way of a barrier, this ties up a lot of resources including a large number of border patrol officers. while these officers are occupied with this large mass of people with very little barrier stopping them, it leaves lots of open border for the really bad guys [criminals] to just walk over.

I would simply return all our troops home from all the wars and 100+ bases and they can guard the border at a fraction of the cost of propping up the global empire. I still think its overdoing it but its an honest opinion.

My focus would be getting rid of the incentives and live in a free society among other things. That would significantly reduce the border strain.
