For me - I think climate change hysteria is generally bullsh1t. And 97% of scientists didn't agree on sh1t. And even if it were real, we can't stop it with US dollars. Would be far cheaper just to move to high ground. LOL. So as long as Obama and Hollywood stars are buying beachfront property, I'm not worried.
As for weather control, I was into that conspiracy for 30 years or so.... going back to the HAARP arrays in Alaska. I totally believe the military exploits some form of weather tech, and it's bound to have consequences.
I just get off the conspiracy crazy train when it's imagined to be applied for every major event, or storm, or disaster, or political backstory....

Found out later the Chinese were creating rain clouds to irrigate crops but it got away from them and hit colder Beijing weather. My feet were a mess with sneaker sucked azz lol
Found out on Chinese news (in english) the next day and also they covered it in Popular Science

Keep in mind US war tech is usually 25-50 years in advance. I laugh my azz off when people foam at the mouth over nukes, they have no idea what we really have but we have a great idea and alot of evidence to back that up.

Another story of mine, I was in Beijing during the big CCP 2019 Anniversary, it was raining hard for a couple days and the day they were Celebrating at Tienanmen Square and President Xi doing his speech there outdoors that morning the skies cleared up for the entire event in which it started raining again that evening. I do remember the forecast being rain all day every day, that stuck with my head as I always checked the weather since I often traveled around on foot.
Pretty insane.
