-50g mashed sweet potato
-25g FF Greek yogurt
-50mL almond milk
-46g egg makers

Adding a mashed sweet potato keeps them mad moist.

Starting the magnitropin tomorrow and the alphadex tonight. Took the nitramine pre workout 8) love it.

Tonight was lower body

Workout:

Leg press- 4 warm up
Working- 500x8 (total lbs)
Widow maker- 205x20
Lying leg curl- 3 warm up
Working - 35x17 will add weight when I get 20 total
Leg press calf press- 105x15x4
Reverse cable curl- 60x15x4 will add 5lbs next session
Preacher curl- 60x10+5+4 = 19 will add 10lbs next session
*stretches
* 16 min tabata (20/10 sec of sprint/rest)

VERY, VERY good session. It's only going to get better!

Db military- 3 warm up
Working-65x10+3+3=16
Wide grip pull up- 2 warm up
Working- BW+40lb x 9+4+4=17
Yates row- 3 warm up
Working- 205x10 followed with 135x14

*10 mins of rowing with the fan on 9. This shiz is not a joke people lol

Trained fasted with my nitramine and magnitropin flowing through the veins. Felt good, was veiny and zoned out. Strength is still climbing, that's a good sign!

My diets going out the window for the next few days :( still tracking what I can and am making "smart" choices.. For example;

Bfast (post workout)
3 egg whites
1 whole egg
2 grands biscuits
Jalapeño jelly (this is FIRE if you all have never tried it)

Lunch
Charley's Philly cheesesteak
Great American cookie cookie slice

^^ not a smart decision BUT I have some leniency in my macros. Next meal I just need to clean it up some

I'm in, Tyga! A Little late, but I was in Philly for the last week so it was hard to get on here. (at least that's my excuse)
 
Forgot to mention, my other staples I use:

Krill oil, twice a day
Joint supplement
Psyllium husk (4g a day)
1g vitamin C pre workout (for cortisol suppression)

Today was lower body

Didn't mention this either, i do a lot of prehab and rehab work along with active recovery. So before legs, I do a lot of voodoo flossing, distractions and band work of adductors and abductors.

Hack squats 3 warm ups
Working- 90x10 (lbs per side)
Widow maker- 60x20 (lb per side)
BB good mornings- 95x15x3
Calf raises on hack squats- 15x15x3
Incline db curl- 3 warm up
Working- 35x8+4+4=16
BB hammer curl- 25x15x3
*16 min tabata cardio (20/10 hard/slow pace)

Oh and my next planned show is may/june.

Strength is still climbing which is good. Endurance seems to be good as well. The tabata already has my Vo2 max up for sure.

Pre hab work today was lacrosse ball to my thoracic spine, upper rhomboids and traps. Band pull aparts and barbell smash to my anterior delts.
