The prednisone and horse pill of an antibiotic they put me on has me feeling a helluva lot better! I'm almost 100% now. Annnnndddd I added intra carbs back in for now, and I'm thinking of adding the PEG MGF/MGF back in. What do you all think?
Saw that you're 155 - what weight class do you wanna compete in? I wouldn't squat higher than that - that's pretty much where you wanna be.

CYCLE II Reactive Training Systems "4's" week aka intensity phase Comp squat 315x4 @ 9.5 Comp bench 275x4@ 9.5 Dips Myo-reps After my squats I had a MAD headache. Well, that carried over to my bench which made it worse. So far so good with the training.. Also, got my singlet in and I have to dance around to fit into that dude lol the 4-6lb drop will make a difference tho. Will upload videos later. Being lazy right meow
Get that headache better. Too much stim or have I missed some hormonal use that may have elevated bp?
Negative. No hormonals. The headache came right after my last rep on squats. Believe I just had a lot of head pressure from holding my air to brace my core. I have only drank half my water intake for the day as well :/ that may play a part in this...
Hate getting headaches like that! Definitely could be from the lack of water! That's when mine are the worst! Hope you feel better!!
I've been pounding water so I hope it goes away :/I've been fighting headaches as well. Since I'm in PCT, I'm pretty sure it's lack of water...
Lack of water ruins me. Headaches, moody, loss of strength, etc. it's worse then not eating

The endurance and strength is steadily climbing as well. Oh and I've been doing 25g HBCD + strive again. Giving it another shot lol

My right pec is tender, not sore tender.. Tender as in I may have strained it. It's where the pec ties into the delt/arm pit. This is a main reason we didn't go heavy on Db incline and stop between 4-6 reps
Imma throw my tens/muscle stim on it an see if that helps. If not, imma have the wife take a butter knife and Graston the hell out of it lol

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't surprised but this is "proof" that programming + diet will yield stellar results!.
Thanks Pete! No coach for the powerlifting event. But, whatever show I pick for my bodybuilding one (either April 4th or a later show) I'll use the same coach I used for my last show. He was very good at what he did, and fairly cheap!
