The prednisone and horse pill of an antibiotic they put me on has me feeling a helluva lot better! I'm almost 100% now. Annnnndddd I added intra carbs back in for now, and I'm thinking of adding the PEG MGF/MGF back in. What do you all think?

I wouldn't squat higher than that - that's pretty much where you wanna be.

Side shot has my hip crease about 3in below. I'll be in the 148lb. I woke up at 154, little water manipulation and decrease in carb intake will get me there :)

Filled my PEG vials withe BAC water, so that means I'll be starting my MGF tomorrow lol and as an FYI, if you legit take 3 caps Magnitropin with roughly 30-40g CHO + PRO and minimal fat an he pre workout, you WILL be veiny and have a stoopid pump.

I made some cream of wheat with a scoop of isolate and 40g red velvet coffee creamer stirred in with my magnitropin and that by far was the best pump session I've had in a while!

Those deads looked brutal. Not sure my back could tolerate the pause honestly. It's been getting very cranky on deads lately; the Kingpin's pulling volume is brutal. I typically have 7-10 worksets of deadlift variants, more if it's a lighter explosive day.

After my squats I had a MAD headache. Well, that carried over to my bench which made it worse. So far so good with the training..

Also, got my singlet in and I have to dance around to fit into that dude lol the 4-6lb drop will make a difference tho.

Negative. No hormonals.

The headache came right after my last rep on squats. Believe I just had a lot of head pressure from holding my air to brace my core. I have only drank half my water intake for the day as well :/ that may play a part in this...

Hate getting headaches like that! Definitely could be from the lack of water! That's when mine are the worst! Hope you feel better!!
 
I've been fighting headaches as well. Since I'm in PCT, I'm pretty sure it's lack of water...

It's definitely the dehydration. And pounding water usually won't fix the headache if you get dried out, not quickly. Also crushes appetite. Superbeast is the one who reminded me to drink more in the summers when I'm sweating my ass off at work. It would mean the difference in struggling to get 2 of my 3 work meals down and devouring all 3 eagerly. Hydration is everything.

Squats looking EASY, and consistent! Getting better in every way man. Bench numbers are skyrocketing too! Your training partner is a beast btw - 505 beltless/wrapless at 181 drug-free is a helluva squat.
 
Yeah Hyde the dude will only compete in tested federations lol he's going to sweep the masters division at this comp and put the squat and total so far out of reach it'll be a long while before someone breaks it lol

My right pec is tender, not sore tender.. Tender as in I may have strained it. It's where the pec ties into the delt/arm pit. This is a main reason we didn't go heavy on Db incline and stop between 4-6 reps :(

Imma throw my tens/muscle stim on it an see if that helps. If not, imma have the wife take a butter knife and Graston the hell out of it lol

High-five! I strained my right pec in the exact same spot Christmas Eve on a backoff AMRAP set (around rep 18 form broke down and I was flaring full-time). True life. Borrowed a very loose Inzer Super Katana & a Titan shirt from a buddy at work to try floor presses tomorrow, and hopefully some strict OHP if I'm lucky.

I commented on how insane the Titan was, and asked if I'd be able to touch 225 in it. He just laughed and said no way - he's hit 550 off a 3-board in it though. He's done 495 in competition. The Super Katana is even harder to touch it seems. Looks like 3-board press is gonna be it lol

My Predator bench cycle just crashed and burned into a giant fireball :)

*ive noticed that if I take my magnitropin with my pre-workout (which I add 25g carbs) I get super veiny and my strength seems better. I sip on my omega strive through the duration of my workout as well.

So far everything's going really well, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't surprised but this is "proof" that programming + diet will yield stellar results! Oh and I weighed 152lb this morning. I figure I'll start carb cycling mid January and add 15 min tabata back in when it gets closer to show time. Shouldn't have any problem getting into the 148lb class.

Thanks Pete! No coach for the powerlifting event. But, whatever show I pick for my bodybuilding one (either April 4th or a later show) I'll use the same coach I used for my last show. He was very good at what he did, and fairly cheap!
