I haven't gone the HRT route just yet, but I was wondering from those who have...

Does anyone have United Healthcare and do most anti-aging clinics support this?

What would be my co-pay amount roughly?

Most anti-aging clinics don't take insurance at all. You can submit your bills to United afterwards for reimbursement though. Copay on visits will likely be at a 80% coverage of acceptable charges. United will cover the blood tests tho. as far as meds go, if you order thru the united scrips by mail, they should cover test-e or test-cyp for a $20 copay for 3 months. they dont cover hcg.
