Does this epi cycle look str8?

Sorry for the delay, been trying to hone my nutrition. I'm almost where I want to be with it, also I haven't been happy with my gym performance lately, lots on the brain and not enough time in the gym recently has me weak. Also changing gyms due to budget. Less free weight in new gym but I will see how that works out. Pulling back cycle start date about two weeks or till I feel better about gym work. Will post work out log after first work out in new gym. Looking for advice as to weather I should start or train more first, based on weight handled while natty.

Just to give a sneak peek this is what I had today up until 10:15pm est
Coffee
2x oat meal bar (120-50 cals, 4-9 gram protein each ) I think....,
1/4 serving Russian 5000 gainer/w 1qt milk.
95oz water
2x bAnana
1/2 pound grilled chicken w/ a little lettuce& tomato.
5 oz roasted almonds ( estimate)
2 servings of my sons instant oats ( is peaches and cream good for my diet? Serious question: !
3/4 of a roast beef and honey turkey sandwich
1/4 pound grilled chicken, half cup of pasta, few slices of tomato
Will try to drink another 2 cups of milk with half scoop of the russian 5000 gainer.( about an 1/8 a serving )
Am I eating like a lil bitch?

get rid of that milk, its keeping u soft. trust me on that. if u HAVE to get Blue DIamond Almond Milk UNsweetened.( No lactose no Soy)

What about lactose free milk? What do you think of pics? Do you think I'm ready to go on cycle in two weeks in your opinion?
 
Everything looks good. No need for liv52 in addition to the Life Support. Just run what u have setup already. PCT looks good just make sure there is Nolva and a test booster. 40mg should be a good start. Some people love this stuff and make great gains while others like myself have to use a pez dispenser for Epi in order to see anything, lol. Good luck. Be sure to have an AI on hand in case of estro rebound. Epi has a built in estrogen blocker (not an AI)

Erase is my favorite one, i would probably run it concurrently with your PCT.


Epistane has its own intrinsic ability to reduce the aromatase enzyme, which anecdotally tells us that it has potential to cause a rebound of estrogen (although I believe its a suicide inhibition common to other steroidal inhibitors). AIs are beneficial during PCT because they have a favorable effect on SHBG and gonadotropin levels, which means recovery will be easier. Using one in combination with DAA (which can increase estrogen on its own) would be a good idea, not only to make the DAA more effective, but because they help in their own respect.

Thanks for the feed back so far. Most ppl say yes your ready, some have said wait a little bit more, I will try to meet both in the middle somewhere. Going to see if my doc will do some bloodwork for me , then I will get moving,
 
Just do it. 4 weeks aint gonna make or break anything. Take the Epi, eat a bunch and keep it as clean as possible.

You should see 8-10lbs as a bulk and maybe 3-4lbs as a recomp...

I've asked this question in another thread but let me ask here : everyone can see my pct above, is 20/20/10/10 good tomax dosing? And when do I add DAA ? When should I start erase? Start erase in 3rd week of pct? Thanks!
 
DAA at beginning of cycle. I dont care when u take erase lol. I never use it personally I always go with Aromasin or Formestane. In those cases, I always start taking them at beinning of PCT bt since u have Nolva u could start them later in PCT as well.
 
Hey bro. Keep up the hard work. From a maturity stand point you seem ready man I like how you have your sh$t in order and have asked questions. As far as diet goes man I just don't think your eating quite enough. Your on the right track but if your goal is to put on more mass I would definitely up the calories a little more. Other than that good luck with whatever decision you choose.

D-aspartic acid, or DAA for short, (the D- form of aspartic acid as opposed to the L- form) had been tested in the past for any nutritive value. Early on, it was thought that the D- forms of amino acids had no nutritive value, and that only the L- form could be utilized by the body. D- form amino acids fell by the wayside.

You should do this 20/20/30/30/40/40 it seems you want to dose it light , correct? Because others have also told you your dosing is to low but u don't seem to want to change it.. I'm doing 30/40/40/40/40/40
And u mean tomax (nolva) right ? Dose that at 20/20/10/10 . I think I gave you a tuned sports link, did you read it?
 
Torem as in toremifene. It's another SERM and is dosed very differently than tamoxifen. Torem is actually my preferred for most cycles.

I dont remember posting that. But yeah is toremifen citrate and im only doing a 4 wk cycle not six but ive decided to bump it up to 20/30/40/40. Might as well huh? When u plan on takn yours? Preworkout, And later?

What is pulse cycling?

Dosing something to intentionally avoid long term sides, such as HTPA suppression and liver damage. With pulsing, the serious, long term side effects of chronic oral treatment are avoided and short term side effect, like acne and mineral retention, are milder that usual. This allows for higher dosages to be used. Basically, if you dosed on an ED basis you would get 100% effect, 100% short term sides and 100% long term sides. If you dose EOD on a pulse protocol, you still get about 60% effect, 75% short term sides but only about 40% of the long term sides. Yes I've heard of pulsing but epi isnt that harsh. Why dont you want to do your cycle the straight up right way? Why are you trying to under dose and pulse? I'm just curious.

Then just back up a little a do your research till u fully understand what ur getting into. Btw epi is sometimes used to reduce gyno. If u have your serm and run it correctly after your cycle u will b ok.
I also don't want any bad sides, no one does, but doing it half ass is a waste of rime and $$, read this link Invalid Link Removed then read threads on AM that pertain to epi then make a plan that makes you feel comfortable . Right now my biggest problem is My food intake, but I'm not rushing until I kno I'm ready, u shouldn't either.
 
i wish i knew all about gyno before i started cycling

only way you'll get gyno from running an epi cycle is after you stop using the serm, your test levels might go down a bit, and the serm would have elevated your e2 giving you a skewed test/estro. just use an AI after you finish the serm

getting gyno on epi or on nolvadex isn't gonna happen
