Do you use a multi-Vitamin?

I take Alive.... I cant tell any dif in energy or well being on it or any multi I've tried. But whatevs, I'll keep poppin 'em


And I take Fisol (Fish Oil Caps) by Natures Way I think. ...also cant tell a dif, and dont think my skin is any better off

Hahahaha. Yeah, Pak don't smell good. But I gotta say, I've grown accustomed to it.

The only time I notice any difference from a multi is when I take them after a night of intense drinking lol.

That is because you deplete your b-vitamins when you drink.

I have used Opti Men and currently use a Costco multi that is rated very high, it is for athletic types like us. I have used Animal pak but never noticed much difference, some swear by it though.

thats what im using a costco type multi- havent noticed a different in energy negative or positive but just started my havoc 3 days ago and im starting to feel real good in the mornings

We have our own enscapsulated multi coming out in the next couple months- pretty good blend of stuff- think you guys will really like it- and it is priced pretty aggressively....

No doubt about it you gotta use a multi. Theres no possible way to get everything you need just from food this is where the multi comes in. I personally use ast multi or animal pak these have worked great for me

I take a multi along with about eight other pills everyday. It's kinda like putting on my shoes in the morning. I don't feel prepared if I don't.

Yup, lol. Multi and the oils every morning with a meal
