My body's not used to staying really lean, since I was fat for most of my life and don't have a very fast metabolism. I stay on a diet yearround, I just rebounded pretty hard after the show. I'll be under 180 at the show for sure, but my 160 weight was when I was completely depleted and dehydrated, so there was very little water weight. This will be my second show this year/ever on Nov 10th, and my last one was on March 10th of this year. Maybe I'll make a thread about my progress once I take more pictures. If I do, I'll post up some of my progress pics from the last show too, as a reference. I'll keep you guys updated either way.
