for an alarm installation company.. not enough installs recently.... its pretty good dough when its busy... like 150-250 an install but when you dont make but 3 installs a week and are the only one working supporting 3.... well it dont pay the bills... luckily unemployment wil be more then what ive been making but still need a serious job to be comfortable...:sick:

I would still work slowly up to around 1800-2100kcal That is still very caloric defecit.

I will be cutting calories in 2 weeks. I will proally start around 2800, then start cutting down gradually to minmize muscle loss....
