It was pretty good, lost right about 20lbs in 12 weeks, maintained all muscle. Really i mostly just used their workout routine

Collect whatever you can, then send it to my pm box, you will get a smaple just for the addreses, however many you get. So include your address as well! So far NO ONE has turned in a PM with any addresses, so right now the winner would be you!
