same here. i try to eat as much as i can. and im ok but i usually wake up really hungry. im preparing my breakfast right now

3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites/4 pieces of turkey ham
while im doing the egg 3 slices of whole wheet bread with natty pb and 1L of milk
