Ive been slammed with school work, its ridiculous, and I work nights now...dont have alot of time to stay up to date with these logs
my cut went well, when I got back from Panama City, I was hurting, so I ate w/e I wanted and lost motivation to get back in the gym, but now Im back on the grind! -were you asking me how my cut was or Cubs? lol

basically went from 240 to 220. Im at 225 now and gaining strength, I started a reduced calorie diet, moderate carb, and high protein diet, lifting heavy (6-8) rep range, moderate interval cardio and Im trying out the fat-burner Meltdown by VPX
