do you always need a post cycle or only if your balls shrinked?

i took h50 before and my balls were the same during entire cycle would this mean that my testerone never got suppressed?(i used nolvadex xt for my post cycle at the time)

now iam thinking of starting a new cycle eather h50 or est methyl vol in order to do a good post cycle do i need nolva?

if serm is always a must whay do people use other products for pct that are not serm?

what if i would pulse my new cycle 3time a week would i still need post cycle therapy?
