Not much to report, took yesterday off as my shoulders have been a bit sore lately, and my next workout is a shoulder emphasis. Should be lifting this evening. Overall i'm still feeling really good, weight is steady at about 203. Still seeing abdominal definition when i wake up (fasted) which is a great sign. Will be cruising for the next few weeks trying to keep the intensity up until i go balls out hardcore training. Supps may change a bit, numbers and definition/composition will surely change.
