Do i need SERM for PCT

currently running a epi cycle 20/30/40/40/40 just got done with week 3 seeing good results feel great no sides at all do i really need a serm for pct could i be fine with post cycle 3x and DAA or do i need to add serm too i have nolvadex on hand and planned on using it 20/20/10/10 just was wondering if it was necessary

You should keep most of them.
The serm is gunna help jump start you again, which will in turn lead to keeping your gains.
Better to be safe than sorry, especially when you have it already.

Stan123, Good point on the food and training staying the same.

Time on + PCT = Time Off at a minimum.
That's usually the rule of thumb.

3 months should be okay, just dont rush it, you may not respond as we'll if your running them back to back.

ok i will deff take some time off probably more than 3 months mite end up trying something else than epi but ive seen great results from this that i would do it again

Nolva after most cycles if a def must.

Keeo grinding during the PCT and you'll be good brother.

I'd wait 4 or 5. Get something productive done while ur natty, like:

1) Do a non-androgen cutting cycle
2) Improve your cholesterol profile and cardiovascular system with diet and exercise changes
3) Work on improving ur insulin sensitivity


That way, when u hit another cycle, ur gains will be just as good as the first time and u'll be even leaner this time around.
