DNP JOURNEY

depending on how i feel tommorow morning i may attempt to do 3 day blitz cycles such as
thurs-250mg am /250mg afternoon /250mg pm
fri-250mg am /250mg after noon / 250mg pm
saturday-500mg am

with that i would suffer less sides while in school except for maybe a bit on monday but im not sure i can be sitting in class sweating this much throughout the week for the next month i would be doing the dnp blitzs untill i get down to where i feel ok at probally 3weekends then i would have 10 days off of school to run a nice long cycle if i do this i would be running clen on the other 4days of the week while keeping my diet the same any ideas please feel free to pitch them
 
DAY 1
200mg DNP + 50mcg T3
Sides: Thirsty like hell!! nothing else. Not much to report.

Anything else: I might just stay at 600mg indstead of going all the way to 800mg .. might just try out 800mg for one day and stop my cycle. My food intake is: 40-40-20. i read an article which said that high carb is better than low carb, high fat and high protein. something to do with ketonen, but can't seem to find it.. whatever d:
 
im gonna have to post pone this cycle untill further notice as ive gotten very sick i feel like im dying and cant continue untill i can continue i will be taking 120mcg clen daily with 50mg tren daily and 1g test weekly with 1mg a-dex daily
 
DAY 3
400mg DNP + 50mcg T3
Sides: Thirsty like hell!! Hungry. Smelly sweat. Getting sweaty easily, but still not real fast. Still need to do a few minutes of cardio before i see any sweat. I look fatter actually d: Properly because I drink oceans of water xD
 
i would imagine you look fatter because all the glycegyn(spelling?) stores from your muscles are gone which makes you look smaller and water retention ill be starting mine back up soon but a more aggresive cycle i was only sick because i had an infection in my bicep so wants thats gone ill probally give my body another week after that to recover from everything ive done to it lately and then ill hop back on

Yesterday (day 4) I saw easy sweat on the cardiobike. Day 2, took 10min to see sweat. Day 3, took 5min to see sweat. Day 4, took 2min to see sweat.
but im not sweating by just walking or sitting .. hm ..
 
DAY 4
400mg DNP + 50mcg T3
Sides: Tired, thirsty, smelly sweat. (but still no sweat by just eating carbs tho) easy sweat on cardio bike. Heavy breathing. No strength (but it will return after the cycle).
 
looking good man ill be attempting to take in a caloric excess mon-fri and on sat and sun lower cals and a dnp blitz such as
thurs-750mg (throughout whole day)
fri-1000mg (throughout whole day)
sat-750mg (all in the am)
ill try that untill i reach my goals

Day 5
500mg DNP+ 50mcg T3
Sides: All day sweat now! FINALLY! But a bit annoying. I'm exchange student in uni, and I'm only allowed one shower a day! Great .. btw, the last two nights ive been coughing in the night and morning! (the cold might have shown because of open windows at night + fan?!) Just board some "strepcil?". I do not want to do extrem cold meds while on DNP! I helps with the pain and coughing, but only for a few hours. It is not extrem, and it is not serious! BUT, from now on I will listen carefully to what my body tells me. But more sweat, and I look like a water ballon xD

saturday am-750mg
 
well if people never try new things how will we know how much the human body really can handle.................but yes i took 500mgs about3hours before bed last night and i have heard that once you have taKEN DNP BEFORE IT USUALLY KICKS IN FASTeR AND I BELIEVE IT I WOKE UP ABOUT 9hours after taking my dose and i had a fan on me but i was sweating alot more than at the end of my last cycle so yea so far today i have taken my first 250mg dose with 2 more doses commin throuhout the day

thats some dumb logic, as its not like you are even doing a controlled experiment, there are so many undocumented variables it wouldnt mean much. And its not new, there was a death even last year from DNP at high doses. But since your caps are 250, i'm guessing is the more recently available crystalline stuff, and 750 doesn't seem like a horrifying dose of that. Of the straight normal powder that is capped at 200mg, 800mg is where you start hitting some fatalities...
 
judging by how i feel right now an weight loss i see no need to hit a gram and will sstay at 750mg for the rest of my blitz
 
i should also mention through out the day the sides are ok but at night wow i cant sleep or stop sweating
 
i honestly like the lower dose longer cycle than the blitz. I'd rather do 250mg for a month than 750 for 10 days
 
i kinda just wanna get it done so i can hit up my bulk cycle coming with
1g test-weekly
50mg tren-daily
5iu hgh-daily
10iu insulin-4weeks on 4weeks off
 
and please forget what i said about sides being ok during the day because i have started to sweat so so so so much its not even funny temps at 99.6 i can only assume that because yesterday was my first 750mg day it will only get worse but i will deffniently not be going over 750mgs this run i might try to run it longer than just till saturday depending on how tommorow goes but heres where im at so far
tues night -took 500mg all at once(7pm)
weds-750mgs spread throughout the day
thursday(today)-500mg taken so far today with 250mgs more to come tonight
friday-750mgs spread throughout the day
saturday(optional may not be happening)-750mgs all at once in the am

tommorow (day 3 at 750mgs) will be when i decide if im going to continue my cycle dropping down to 250mgs for sun,mon,tues and bumping back up on weds for another blitz or if im gonna go off completly an start my blitz on weds with 3days off before it i would imagine that because i have dealt with 750mgs that 250mgs would feel like cake also though if i decide to stay on 250mgs untill next weds (next blitz) i would only be taking 250mg on saturday after tommorow

sides so far:
alot of sweating(more at night)
radiating alot of heat
feeling quite hot
looking like crap(but not so much feeling like crap)
a little trouble breathing(almost like im back at 300lbs kinda breathing)
and i look yellow especially my hand and where my joints bend
no strength loss yet


results so far :
down 3lbs in about 36hours



also a question would anyone think it would be smart or stupid to use a low dose(80mcg) of clen to help mobilize more fat and help with energy a bit?

Sides: I look more fat .. it is actually annoying! Think it is water, or I ****ing hope so!!! After this cycle, I'll be running a lot to sweat a lot. I have to get ride of all this water fast! A girl touched me today, and she actually got scared because I was so hot :P (in both ways. lol) but it seems to be working fine d:
 
ok im still on 750mgs a day and down 10lbs and just got invited to church today with my girl and her family wish me luck
 
get some vegetable glycerin, add 1.5 tbps to some water and drink that as close to right beforehand as possible :D

i got some right after church i dont think i could go through that again but i did find that by sitting with my b ack not touching the back of the benches there my sweat didnt soak my shirt but just ran down my back into my pants and i got told im lke a furnace (my girl said this she was sitting next to me i was making her hot as in heat hot)
 
im just about ready to come off dnp now anyways i past my goal already and am ready to run this baby starting probally weds or thurs

50mg tren-daily-8weeks on 8weeks off
5iu hgh-daily
10iu insulin-4weeks on 4weeks off(first four weeks of cycle will be without it)

that should throw me into the next level of size and wil be ran for 6-8 months after which time it will be time for me to drop to 300mgs test every week for a long time to have a break ive been running alot of stuff already the past few months so after that cycle ends im maintaining for a while at 300mgs a week
