Renaming this because the old thread title is deceiving.

Starting on 4/7, so just a couple weeks. Might do a deload week right before cycle start, I've been going pretty hard lately.

Cycle will be:

Lgi Stano 1000/1000/1000/1000/1000/1000/1000/1000
Oly Trest 0/50/50/50/50/75/75/75
Lgi Dmz 0/0/0/45/45/45/45/45
Furaza 0/0/0/300/300/300/300/300

Pct will be torem, gw, xgels, Abe, osta, formeron, hcgenerate

Cycle support will be lgi damage control double dosed, cissus, taurine, fish oil, and vitamins.

Training is a complicated rotating 4 week split.
 
Today:

Chest fst-7:

Incline db press12 x 90, 10 x 110, 8 x 130
Incline db fly: 12 x 50, 10 x 70, 8 x 90
Flat db press: 12x90, 10x110, 8x130

7 x 12 x 200 on pec deck for finisher.

This workout was pretty hard. I didn't feel 100% today, have nagging hand, wrist, and elbow soreness, so yeah deload for the week before cycle start seems like a plan.
 
Fst-7 arms:

Oly bar curls: 135 x 12 155 x 10 185 x 8
Close grip bench: 225 x 12, 245 x 10, 275 x 8

Preacher db curls: 60 x 12, 70 x 10, 80 x 8
Overhead db tri: 100 x 12, 115 x 10, 130 x 8

Rope pushdown: 150 x 7 x 12
High cable curl: 60 x 7 x 12
 
All those squat rack curls are paying off :)

Think I'm gonna run two weeks of the non-methyls starting around the 31st then the dmz for 4. If I'm not seeing too many sides at 60 maybe I'll toss on another week.
 
I decided f-it and started a bit early with stano. I'm gonna run it solo for 10 days then start trest 3/31 and dmz on 4/13, running it for 4-5 weeks. Total will be 7-8 weeks of stano, 6-7 weeks of trest and 4-5 weeks of dmz.

Today:

600 mg stano

Good back workout:

12, 10, 8 pull-ups with 88 lb x-vest
12 x 225, 10 x 275, 8 x 315 BB rows
12 x 360, 10 x 410, 8 x 450 on hammer strength high row
7 x 12 x 240 on cable low row.
 
Today, decided to do a different set/rep structure. Didn't go super heavy today.

Military 2 x 225 x 8
Db shoulder press 2 x 120 x 8
Db arnold press 2 x 90 x 8
Front raise 2 x 70 x 8
Side lateral 2 x 60 x 8
Db shrug 2 x 150 x 8
Bb shrug 2 x 405 x 8
Face pulls 4 x 200 x 8

I decided to switch things up and do 2 sets to failure at high weight, and I had a lot of energy with the stano. The db presses were both PR for reps, largely bc I've never really tried to high rep such big weight before, but w/e!

Holy sh!t...lol I'm just gonna make a wild guess that your freaking jacked? Yeah? I thought so. Keep up the good work man! I'm subbed for the gainz. Hopefully I can pick up on some stuff to help with my cycle in a few months.
 
That's just crazy how you're pushing that kind of weights. I'm kind of jealous.

Any chance that you could show us some kind of pic of your physique? You could edit it with Paint so that your face and tattoos aren't visible!
 
Maybe I'll post some before and afters at the cycle end, not a big fan of the offseason look atm :) therefore the cut. Prolly floating around 235 and 15-16% right now.

I alluded to this in some other thread but I've been dealing with a partial right pec tear for the past 3-4 years; I was a pretty shredded 225 before the injury and lost a bunch of muscle mass in the 15-18 months that I was rehabbing it, finally ran 5 of growth for 6 months and it's finally healed. I was down to like 200 after the injury about a year or year and a half ago and run a few cycles since then to get strength and size back, not very cleanly though. I'll be happy when I'm back to 225-230 at 9% or so.

Like 30 sec rest per set, in and out in just over 30 min.
 
Went f-ing beast mode tonight. Ppl we're literally like wtf. I asked some kid doing incline db press with 70s if I could work in and did strict curls with them. Dude's jaw hit the floor.

I don't think the trest would kick in that fast but I got that alpha feeling like there was no weight on the bar at times. Can't wait for the dmz!

Bumped to 60 mg/day trest, not feeling much from this yet, which is sort of surprising.

damn man I wish u lived in swfl, we're close in size and for upper body u do slightly more than me in just about everything, haven't seen any legs numbers yet, I'd love to be able to lift together.
 
Yeah that would be fun! Unfortunately I live almost as far as away while still remaining in the lower 48 haha.

I hurt the deltoid ligament in my right ankle last week doing calves, but it's mostly better now so I'm gonna try legs this week, will prob go light at first though.
 
Yeah I fractured bones in both my feet last year and then hurt my left quad going so HAM too fast after they healed, so my legs lifts are down from where they were before that. But they've been healthy for a few weeks and I'm really slamming them now.
 
Yeah I was doing seated calf raises with 270 and tried this new thing where you do long isometric holds and my ankle didn't like that. It's still a lil tight but I think I can work it a bit (no calves this week tho)

just curious, what kind of PCT do you have lined up?
And also, are you taking 1000mg Stano yet...hows that treating ya?!

Torem 120/120/60/60 for pct with osta and some other goodies.

Nice, ive never tried Torem...hear good things though, like its the best of both clomid (HPTA) and nolva (gyno, and HPTA) mixed together.

Any natty test booster or AI stuff???

Seems to give a little more aggression. I could probably run it lower. I provably will taper it once I add more agents.
 
I've been running at 1000 and I'm good until 1130 at night. Then I feel tired as hell. I've been sleeping great and waking up earlier than I want. Didn't notice it doing much at 800 honestly.
