My biggest concern not being on TRT is if I was to run at 10mg a day for 3 weeks with proper cycle support, test base, etc should I be worried about liver damage?
I just want to know what to expect. Predator Nutrition has good articles on optimizing pro hormones. I've read those, I'm concerned about getting in 400 g of protein daily for a bulk.
400g a day protein is overkill unless you are 400lbs 10%BF and abusing insulin

Maybe 2gm per lb of lean mass? 400gm is a fukin lot. I could see it maybe if cutting/deficit but with plenty of carbs there is less demand on gross PRO intake.

And that is problem with 90% guys, you don t need to feed fat with protein, 2gr per lb of muscle mass, not total weight. High protein diet will definitely raise urea to the roof and kidneys will be also in problem if you eat huge amounts of protein long period. My first neighbour is specialist for kidneys and he told me that he know many guys who made big damage to kidneys on huge protein diets. IMO for 190-200 lb guy 220-250 gr of protein daily is g2g (on cycle).

I don't believe in genetics, to me it all comes down to hard work dedication discipline. To have ****ty genetics but still build a great body? Now that's impressive.
True. But look at Ronnie Coleman. In the King the dude said he went from like 240s-250s to 290s. Like massive amount of gains, if I could even have a tenth of that genetic potential, I'd be ballin. Of course I had ectomorph body so I take in a **** ton of calories and still am a hard gainer, even on Sarms, that is why I want to run roids next to see if real gear will help pack on more muscle.

I know high school seniors with more lean body mass that never took anything. If you don't no how to train what's the point of all the drugs & food?

I've heard with SD, it's more about high carb intake? Also how much of the SD gains did you keep after PCT?
Well I'm just looking for insight as I want to be safe as possible. Do you recommend being on TRT prior to running SD? I have 10 mg capsules. My plan would be 10 mg for 3 weeks. Trying to bust thru my current weight plateau of 185. Been stuck at this weight for 8 weeks. My goal is to hit 190.
SD is very "carb hungry". But it is also very hungry in general. It is the strongest Anabolic steroid that I've taken, so it consumes a lot of calories. I would personally try to keep a more anabolically balanced diet.... High protein, plenty of fat, and a good amount of complex carbs. Some people believe that SOME of the notorious SD lethargy can come from not having enough carbs to keep up with the glycogen load. Just remember that because it likes carbs, that doesn't keep you from the effects of a bad diet.
It's been a while since I've run SD. I think i gained 15-18 pounds, and kept half (??). But, that's also kind of subjective, since we cycle, and cut, and bulk.
But I definitely kept a lot of quality muscle that I gained. My before and after pics looked crazy.......and even years later, people commented on certain muscle groups that I attribute in large part to gains made on SD.
But it really is one of the harshest steroids ever made. Some people just CAN'T handle the sides, including extreme lethargy, loss of appetite (even nausea), organ stress, etc.
If you decide to run it, take your time planning it out. And I'd go low (10mg). That's a low mg.... But that's a LOT of steroid right there.

I've been lifting since my teens. I took a long break after dealing with addiction issues. Ran an 8 week sarm cycle back in July to regain my strength, power. Currently running LGD Yk11 epiandro, consuming 3200-3400 calories, high protein high fat diet.
Not on trt just curious if it'd help maintain SD gains.
M1t has peaked my interest as well as DMZ, if I had to pick I'd say m1t as it's an impressive bulker from what I've read. Still I would probably go with anadrol or tbol as they are just as illegal.
Well I know I'm training hard enough, I lift around 2 hrs 20 mins, 4x a week for upper, and then I do 2 days for lower, abs. So I have one off day, and it seems to work. Since lifting in June, I put on about 18-19 lbs. Those could be considered muscle memory, noob gains, but that ain't enough for me. I want to hit my goal of 190 and even if that 5 lbs seems easy, I'm learning its not, I changed my rep scheme up about 3 weeks ago, and now I'm doing a lot of reps, like 1000 reps per lifting session to try to induce more hypertrophy. I feel its working, got a compliment on Monday that I was looking big. So we shall see...
