DMZ & EPI Shred Sesh

A lot of people haven't been getting what they ordered during ban-gate... I got dimethadrol instead of the dmz i ordered and a buddy of mine had 3 different things swapped out for others. I swear the companies selling don't understand you can't just swap hormonal products and say "oh, its an upgrade"... thats not how it works.
 
Week 3 - Day 1​

Had a pretty good workout today! The weight was moving pretty quickly. I'm going out of town tomorrow to visit the fam in North Florida until Saturday, so working out will definitely be weird. I plan on going to the gym at 7am tomorrow morning to squat and then take Wednesday and Thursday off, then finding a gym for Friday out of town.

Can't post about calories because I'm posting this at noon. I had to get up at 7am this morning so I could fit in my workout before heading out of town, and it was a pretty good one! My body isn't used to working out before 2pm haha so it did take some time to loosen up but all was well!

ugh I dread hotel "fitness centers". New job of mine is about to be all travel so I'm gonna have to take bands with me and find some oddball gyms here and there.

Even though I'm training for powerlifting, I'm still trying to take advantage of being able to grow as much as possible on this run. Anyone know of some sick quad exercises that will blow them up??
 
Weighted jump squats will thrash your quads followed by some tempo oriented leg extensions. Try 4-0-1-2 tempo on leg ext. that's 4 second negative no pause contract 2 second hold at top.

What's up everyone! I hope everyone had a fantastic New Year, sorry about the lack of updates but oh well.. New Years had me all kinds of busy. I have been waking up about 208lbs, which is sweeeeeet! Feeling huge and I don't even train for size haha. The 50mg of DermaTrest totally fixed my lethargy problem and made libido a bit better.

Yo! So I kind of called this my peak week and I'm going to be testing all my 1RM next week so I can reset my percentages for my next 6 week training cycle. This week I did a lot of overload work and AMRAP sets with 90% of my previous maxes.

On Tuesday I did a paused bench AMRAP with 90% which is 270lbs, out of convinence I decided to just go with 275lbs.

Paused Bench Press
275lbs - 5 Reps

I was expecting about 3 which made this awesome! Doing 5 reps projects my 1RM to be around 320lbs, but I think I can knock out around 325 or 330.

For squats yesterday I did 330lbs.

6 reps! That doesn't project my max to be 405 but I know I've got 405 in the bag.

Today I just bull****ted a bit, I went in and pulled a bunch of singles with conventional deadlift (I generally pull sumo).

This week I squatted and deadlifted on Monday, squatted and deadlifted Wednesday, and deadlifted today haha. Talk about overload.
