This is exactly my experience also.Crush that food! Haha. I went from eating 3300 to 4400 over 6 weeks on dmz. Down those carbs too!

Yo! So I kind of called this my peak week and I'm going to be testing all my 1RM next week so I can reset my percentages for my next 6 week training cycle. This week I did a lot of overload work and AMRAP sets with 90% of my previous maxes.
On Tuesday I did a paused bench AMRAP with 90% which is 270lbs, out of convinence I decided to just go with 275lbs.

I was expecting about 3 which made this awesome! Doing 5 reps projects my 1RM to be around 320lbs, but I think I can knock out around 325 or 330.
For squats yesterday I did 330lbs.

6 reps! That doesn't project my max to be 405 but I know I've got 405 in the bag.
Today I just bull****ted a bit, I went in and pulled a bunch of singles with conventional deadlift (I generally pull sumo).
This week I squatted and deadlifted on Monday, squatted and deadlifted Wednesday, and deadlifted today haha. Talk about overload.
