DMZ & EPI Shred Sesh

Subbed...

People always say to take cycle support hours after there dosing but when I dose mine with my oral, I notice sides less an less.. I always use Cycle assist at 12 caps a day though.. At that dose I notice almost 0 sides while on orals even when using 3 different orals..
 
WEEK 1 RECAP!​

Dosage
Epistane - 30mg for the entire week.

Calories were always around 2,400-2,600 and then this weekend I ate around 3,200 both Saturday and Sunday.
I've been hitting an average of 210g of protein but I'm going to up it to around 250-260 per day.

I couldn't workout this weekend because I was horribly busy with work. My lack of logging for the last three days won't happen too much.

As far as the Epi, obviously there is nothing yet to note haha. Today start week 2 though and I will be bumping to 40mg per day!
 
I'm considering making this my last run with PH, I don't really plan on stocking up so I guess I will! I may even extend this to 12 or 14 weeks to go out with a bang.

I added 40 to my bench, 60 to my squat, and 80 to my dead! Eat huge and make sure every Rep is 100% emphasized to get the most out of it!

WELL! I ate a ton today haha, and it was ****ing awesome. I ate 1,000 more calories than I usually eat with 100 extra grams of carbs. I definitely think I'm starting to get some strength benefits from the Epi, either that or it's all the extra calories.

Went a bit low on the calories today but it's alright, I've been eating in the almost 4,000 range each day so it's fine. Strength is definitely starting to knock down the doors, made some sick PRs today. Also, got DMZ so I can't ****ing wait for that adventure to begin >:)

Thanks everyone haha I'll be making more. I weighed in at 201.4lbs this morning, that's 5lbs gained with seemingly zero fat gain ;)

And I'm pissed, a certain company forget to include the tr3n I ordered in my package.. So I contacted them and they aren't sending it to me, I'm supposed to be getting my money back but this totally ruins my cutting plans.
