Do you think I'm running it too high at DMZ 60/Epi 30?3 week runs drive me crazy. I don't like them at all. I would get enough epi to run it at 40 for 4-6 weeks. DMZ you could run at 30 for 4-6. I would keep it lowish if you're stacking them, but not the epi.
Does anyone know if DMZ and Epi are synergistic? Thinking of running 30mg DMZ and 30mg Epi? Or would 45mg DMZ for 3 weeks to kickstart and 40mg Epi for 3 weeks be better?

Have you run either before solo? if so, what were your sweet spots of each? I've seen up to 40/40 or 60/40, so id say you're right in the range, and maybe even bump epi and/or lower dmz to 40
6 weeks seems like a good length with proper supports, stacking both would be good. I'd say DMZ at 40-60 and Epi at 30-40, whatever your sweet spot is for each. there are a few logs going on right now of dmz/epi stacks, definitely worth checking out. find something for lethargy because that would be pretty rough haha

First time with DMZ.
Try this :
DMZ 00/40/40/40/40/60/60/00
Epi 00/30/30/40/40/40/40/00
Stano 800 for 8 weeks
This would get much better results. DMZ should not be ran for only 3 weeks.
I've never ran a 3 compound cycle- Kind of the reason why I didn't want to run DMZ throughout. Just wanted to kickstart things with DMZ but if you have ran the above suggestion, I will. Did you run what you suggested? Thanks bro
I've decided that I'm gonna run it 60mg DMZ 30mg Epi this week, then drop To 40mg DMZ and up Epi to 45mg next week, and then see what happens. Then run the last two weeks based on what happens.
NOW makes a cortisol control supp.
It seems I may have sprained my foot doing calf raises. Any suggestion for the pain. Hurts pretty decent.

Sides were too much for me at 60/45. Have since backed down to 40/30. Had a thought of starting PCT, but see how backing down will do. Emotional/phsycho sides along with higher BP was the root. I was in a bad place.
Magg- how much weight have you gained, and have you noticed any fat loss? I didn't notice any post on that. I'll be running something similar here soon (Triumph instead of Epi) with DMZ. Cheers
Pizza, burgers, fries, and especially ice cream are all anabolics, so no wonder why your getting hyuge. I know that struggles tho, blew up on my summer cycle like 20lbs, but more fat gain than I liked.I have definitely put on 15 lbs of muscle with some thinning of the waist. That is even eating pizza, burgers, fries, and ice cream on occasion. I plan on watching my carbs a little better. My biggest problem is my pants and shirts all don't fit anymore because of my legs/shoulders/arms.

I've been hobbling around since Thurs, which was my last leg session. My inner quads have been tight. I remember really stretching my legs out in my sleep last night. Woke up and my leg is purple. Pulled it. I'm surprised I've been able to walk on it. No legs this week I guess.
**** man. My adductor has been giving me trouble as well, smart to keep away from it for a bit. Inflammation in the legs and hips can be extremely detrimental
