Quick update. Pretty rough session today. I just could not get going. I think I'm actually going to deload the last few days on cycle so I will be able to push hard in pct. My muscles feel okay but I think my cns needs some time from pushing it to the max every week. Also thinking about training each body part once a week heavy as I can as opposed to twice.

Thoughts?
 
I love single body part training. You can really hit each group hard and thorough when you do it that way. But I always do a 3 on, 1 off schedule so that every part gets hit every 5th day instead of a full week between each time.
 
Yup each part, once a week. Chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms. Or include biceps with back, and triceps with chest. I like the first one better because I don't spend as much time in the gym, I just focus on that one body part. Hit it hard then let it rest properly
 
End of my 6th week today. Weighed in at 213. That's a 7lb increase with an apparent reduction in body fat. I'm super happy with that as a result. I have 2 days left to finish of the bottles and then pct.
 
Anyone have any thoughts on natural pct by xcell? I have a bottle that I received for free and I'm thinking about throwing it in. Has a bunch of stuff super pct doesnt. Looks like reservotol testofen, divanyl and tong kat- seems decent
 
So day three of pct and I am irritable as fuarck today. Everything is pissing me off more than normal and I just want to punch everyone. Usually I'm a really laid back dude. I'm sure it's just hormones balancing out.

On a positive note my gym session was solid today. It doesn't appear that I've lost much strength yet.
 
Week one of pct is in the books. Waking weight today was 211. I've lost some vascular it but that's about it. No significant strength loss which is great. Strength loss is always the most frustrating part for me. Also started form yesterday because I've started to feel bloated and a little doughy.
 
Any of you guys get a snoring problem on Diobolix ? My last 3 weeks my wife could not even sleep from my snoring. I finished up 2 weeks ago and I'm still on trest D. My snoring is back to normal now.
 
Week 2 of pct in the books. Feeling prett good. Still strong in the gym as well. Maybe lost 10lbs on my major lifts. Waking weight was 206 but I feel it was mostly water due to starting form last week.
 
Week 3 pct is done. I feel fully recovered. I realize this probably isn't the case but overall I feel pretty good. Libido energy level are back to normal. Weight today was 208. My guess is that I'm going to keep about 7lbs of lean mass from this cycle which I feel is great for a recomp.
 
Pct is done other than my ai. Strength remains pretty much the same and my weight is 208. Overall I'm very happy with the results of my cycle. I don't think I'm going to run any more cycles without test though. I hate the end of week four all I want to do is sleep feeling. My next cycle will probably be a 12 weeker of test with an msten kicker and halo finisher. I need to figure out what source I'm going to use though. It's a bit of a nightmare finding a decent ugl online since I don't have a local source. If anyone knows of a solid one a pm would be greatly appreciated.
