Day 6- off day today due to the holiday. 30 mins of cardio. Macros 345p, 87f, 229 carbs. Lower body power tomorrow.
 
Day 7- lower body power. I was worried about back pumps today but none to speak of really. I took my taurine pwo and also out some menthol on my lower back preworkout.

Squats- 295x5 315x5 345x3
Hack squat- 12 plates x8, 12 plates x 8
Leg extensions- 250x10, 270x8
Stiff leg deadlift- 205x10, 225x10, 245x8
Lying leg curl- 140x10, 155x8
Seated calf raise- 4 plates, 4 sets of 10

Good workout today- i felt like I had more in me. Especially on the stiff legs.

Also scored on protein today. I got 6 tubs of combat protein for 36 bucks each. 65 servings a tub.

My dermacrine still hasn't been delivered. It's starting to piss me off as I out the order in 2 weeks ago. I do have trest on had both oral and td but I was hoping to save that for another cycle.

Day 8- waking weight- 206lbs so no change there. Not really going for weight gain this cycle anyway. Mood has been really good overall since starting. I would attribute this to the diabolix. I also felt very strong on the gym today. Also both compounds seem to be pretty dry. I haven't been using form and I can feel my joints drink out a bit. Nothing I can't handle though.

Workout- speed work- bent over rows 185x3, 6 sets
Wide grip lat pull downs- 145x12, 160x12, 175x12, 205x8 dropset- 130x10
Cable rows- 240x12, 270x10, 285x8 dropset 180x10
Incline Dbell rows- 75x15, 75x15
Close grip lat pull downs- 160x20, 170x20 dropset 115x15
Hammer strength shoulder press- 270x12, 300x12, 320x8 dropset- 180x10
Upright row-115x15, 135x12
Side lat raises- 35x20, 40x20, 50x10 dropset 25x15

Finished off with some light Arnold presses and some light lat pull downs

I ordered some Dermacrine 10 days ago and the order is still processing. Maybe a BPS rep knows something about the delay....

Anyway, I'm anxious to see how the Diabolix treats you. Thanks for logging this!
 
I don't think it's just the derm - I have like. 3 packages that I ordered Pre-ban and they're still held up
 
Day 8- great pumps in the gym today but strength on my incline bench wasn't what was expected. I did tweak my shoulder a bit doing weighted dips so that could have affected it. I'll have to keep a close eye on my shoulder because the last thing I want is an injury. Especially this early in the cycle.

Workout- chest and arms hypertrophy
Speed work- bench press- 205x3, 6sets
Incline bench- 225x8, 245x5, 245x4
Decline hammer strength chest press- 270x15, 300x15, 320x12 dropset-180x20
Incline cable fly- 60x20, 60x20 drop 45x15 drop 35x10
Preacher curl- 110x8, 110x8, 110x10
Dbell concentration curl- 45x15, 50x15 drop 25x20
Spider curl- 70x20, 80x20
Close grip bench- 135x15, 165x15, 185x8
Tricep kickbacks- 30x20, 30x20

Finished everything up with some machine work and push-ups. I didn't track macros today but I'm sure I'll be over 4k and hit all of my targets.
 
Day 9- lower body hypertrophy. Great pumps again today. No sides to speak of other than slight back pumps.

Workout- speed work- squat-235x3, 6 sets
Bulgarian split squats smith- 205x10, 205x10, 225x9. First time doing these. I really enjoyed them and I will probably sub them in for hack squats.
Leg extension- 190x20, 190x20
Romanian deadlift- 215x10, 265x10, 285x10, 315x8
Seated leg curl- 150x20, 150x20
Standing calf raise- 225x15, 6 sets

Macros were 324p, 137f, and 311c
 
Day 10- off day today. 30 mins of starved cardio and abs. Walking around muscles feel harder. Bp is definitely up a little. Probably just need to cut back on caffeine. Also dermacrine finally came- along with tons of other goodies for future cycles.

Macros- 354p 75f 233c
 
Love the drop sets brother. Also orbit will pull through. They always do.

Day 11- kind of a dragass day today in the gym. I didn't sleep well. I still managed a 10lb increase on my bench though. Also my shoulder is still bugging me- im trying to stay away from stuff that aggravates it but I really felt it on my OHP today.

Dumbbell rows- 110x8, 120x6, 120x6
Pull-ups- 3 sets of 8(I know I suck)
Wide grip lat pulldowns- 160x8, 175x8, 190x8, 205x6
Bench- 225x5, 265x5, 285x5, 305x3
Decline bench- 225x10, 245x10
OHP- 135x10, 155x8, 175x7
Last rep was a grinder and took a lot out of my shoulder. Did a few sets of curls and called it a day.
 
Day 12- not much to report. Workout schedule got fugged up because of work. It was supposed to be lower body power but I only had time for a quick pump workout.definitley some lower back tightness but nothing I can't handle.
 
Day 13- off today. Hungry as sh!t. I want to eat everything in sight. I'm just going to listen to my body and keep the foods clean. If I'm hungry as all hell theres a reason for it.

Day 14- waking weight- 208, 2lb increase from last week. On feeling full on kicked in today. Carrying my kid around my forearms got crazy pumped. In the gym I felt like I couldn't lift enough weight. Today was shoulders and back hypertrophy.

Workout- bent over rows- speed work 185x3 6sets
Wide grip lay pulldowns-145x15, 160x12, 190x12, 205x8 dropset 145x10, dropset 115x10
Cable rows 240x12, 270x10, 300x8 dropset 210x10,dropset 135x15

Finished up with some shrugs and some extra work on the hammer strength rows. My muscles felt like they could have done more- my joints on the other hand were a different story.
 
Day 17- strength is up again this week- I hit 275x4 on bent over rows which is a pr for me. Also hit 310for 3 in bench which is another increase and it's only beginning week 3. PR for 3rm is 320 and I weighed 235 when I did It. I am eating a ton though. Like 4k calories a day and I could easily eat more. I will probably add in some more cardio to keep the fat gain minimal. Lower body power tomorrow.
 
Btw- I am absolutely loving this combo so far- 0 sides except for minor back pumps. No lethargy either, even if I don't use the dermacrine.
 
Day 19- great leg day yesterday. Hit 345x5 on squats. I may start using a belt to see if it helps any. I never have before but I think I might try it. I get a pump right now from any minor activity. My shoulders pretty much have a permanent pump. Off today so just cardio. I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning. I'm hungry all the time too. Especially for carbs.
 
Quick update- I weighed it at 209 saturday. Workouts continue to be great. For me there's really no need for an AI on cycle. I haven't noticed any estro sides at all. Starting to notice some nice body comp changes as well. One thing to note is that my balls have ached a little bit the last couple of days. Most likely due to test production shutting down.
 
I just did a bottle of diobolix with dbold. Now into a bottle of dianodrol and another diobolix. Running trest D at 450 mg weekly and 25 or 30 ment pwo. Any way this is the best cycle ever for side's. I mean I have non except for positive sides. Better wood and great mood. I would recommend diobolix to anyone.

That's awesome. Honestly I can't believe how "normal" I feel outside of the gym.
 
Upper body power today- matched my Pr on bench and hit 325 for 3- as I said before I was much heavier (and fatter) last time I did it too. Also hit 195 for 6 on OHP- 0 leg drive too. This was a pr as well. I seem to be recomping okay but where these compounds really seem to shine is in the strength department.

Sorry for the lack of updates guys- been busy as my wife just gave birth to our second beautiful baby girl. Anyway waking weight today was 211. My abs seem a little more visible and my back also appears to be widening. Width in my back is something that I've always really struggled with.

I haven't missed any lifting days yet but my aggression in the gym is down a bit. Most likely due to the new baby nothing to do with the cycle. Kind of tough to go in wanting to kick ass when a New baby is turning you in to a pile of mush at home lol.

I have had a couple of nosebleeds the last couple of days but I don't know if that's the cycle or just dry winter air. I've also noticed a little shedding but I'm prone to mpb big time.

Well today begins the last week of my cycle. waking weight today was 211 which is surprising considering my diet has been relatively dirty the last couple of weeks. Hit 375 for a double on squats this week which is another pr for me. I'm really loving the strength that this cycle is giving me. I just hope I can maintain most of it. Turns out the nosebleeds were unrelated to the cycle. It was just a problem with the humidifier in my house.
 
Well fellas im experiencing true shutdown for the first time. This is my 3rd cycle and the first time I've experienced shrunken nuts. Also not feeling the best. Having some anxiety spikes I just feel kind of crappy throughout the day. Since I'm feeling fully shutdown I've decided to ditch the osta in pct. Still killing it the gym but I am ready to come off. I will finish my cycle as planned though.

In a side note, how long would you guys wait to run an osta cut? I was thinking 2 months after pct bridged into a new cycle
 
What are your dosages now? As I plan on this same cycle soon.

Also a few months off is a good idea before you start your Osta bridge.
