A little info about me. 5'11. Weigh 185 lbs. Been lifting/training for a good 3 years already. Always been a big (but not strong) guy. I finally made it under the 200lb mark about 2 months ago which was a huge accomplishment for me considering my starting weight 3 years ago was 254.
After much thought I've decided to run a STACK by IronmagLabs begininng next year.
So far what I have laid out is:
Super-DMZ Rx week 1-4
4-Andro Rx week 1-4
Ultra Male Rx week 5-8
Advanced Cycle week 1-8
E-Control Rx week 5-8 (or 6-9 just so it lasts longer than PCT)
Nolva week 5-8 (can't decide whether 40/40/20/20 or 20/20/10/10)
And 3 grams of DAA week 5-8.
My main concerns atm would be help with my Nolva dosage and if any veterans out there can look over and help me with any suggestions/details I may have over or under looked.
Diet will consist of a CKD with carb reload on the weekends.
Supplements include:
Whey isolate
creatine
Abcuts
Multivitamin
Ocassional pre workout when it's been a long day
