Switched slings cause the mad dogg was all stretched out so was doing nothing.it the resident 600# benchers if that tells u how stretched it was
First 315 suck no tightness at all second was better but not the 5 I was looking for. then got pissed cause there weren't letting me do what I wanted so I pulled out of the group and did my own thing
Powler sucked in a good way I was very close to my goal of puking (metabollic overload)
