Sqauts felt surprisingly well and very fast and explosive. Bar damn near flew off my back with the band first time I unpacked it lol, I'll keep at these for a bit and add some weight once I'm 100%

Didn't feel like deadlift so skip lol just concentrated on legs with some reps I'll smash my upper back tomorrow harder to make up for it

Still love my machine lunges

Picked up some medicine hope I can get rid of this vertigo/sinus thing I got going

Great day
OHP is feeling pretty good 175 was a grinder came up quick slight stall in the middle the easy press to finish think this was positioning ot tightness or both

Big pump from CGBP moved up 5 lbs this week felt pretty good

More building work and super set

Didn't have any dizziness last night and felt pretty good in the gym hope it continues tonight and through to the weekend

Great day squat felt strong but napalm pointed out my unrack position was as off which is the reason I failed the 780 too far forward from the start

Deadlift felt the best it has in a while lots of speed 550 is a non brief pr and still had 10 to 20 left in me

Switched slings cause the mad dogg was all stretched out so was doing nothing.it the resident 600# benchers if that tells u how stretched it was

First 315 suck no tightness at all second was better but not the 5 I was looking for. then got pissed cause there weren't letting me do what I wanted so I pulled out of the group and did my own thing

Powler sucked in a good way I was very close to my goal of puking (metabollic overload)

Just switching out honey or karbolyn for that and adding the extra leucine ...im not familiar with that protocal

It's essentially aminos, HBCD carbs...and maybe another ingredient. But when he switched to it he said he stopped feeling sore all the time.
 
Bulks are the way to go for sure. It may be a little bit bigger of an initial investment but in the long run itll last you way longer. Price per serving is way lower too

Not necessarily. You're going to pay for HBCD any route you go. Using Intra MD now for 2 wks and it's genuinely dope AF. After Gaspari's protein scam I wouldn't use Glycofuse on principal but it's not really cheaper considering it doesn't have all the aminos in it like Intra MD anyway. True nutrition with a good code is a good bet if you want a particular flavor and can order a crap ton to get a bigger discount.
I always drink my bulk creatine mono and TMG intra as well, and those are dirt cheap bulk anywhere like you mentioned.

Good day was working on my back tightness issues think I have it sorted. Weight felt good difficult to walk out with bands thou. Gave up on the 245 for reps had a few more left.

Rack pulls had lots of tension at the top.
