Also bumbed my 3500 calorie day is now a 2400 calorie day

Changed the oil in the F-350 this morning to the tune of 160 bucks

Good thing papa is bringing home the dough again! You don't have a 6.0 do you? You wanna take about cost of ownership on those things....egr bypass, pulling the cab off just to install headstuds, etc.

Yep it's a 6.0 and all that has been done new powermax turbo plus lines shift kit, 4" exhaust, head studs coolant filter, cold air kit the works

I couldn't tell u I just watch from FB only met him once he is a massive guy told us the key is, 2 weeks heavy slingshot/bench daddy work 3rd week band work then rotation back which is similar to what our residents big bencher suggests heavy slingshot 5's

About 6lbs since returning to work. I would like to think it's water weight but my consumption has been pretty steady not sure if I should add more food on off days or more on lifting
 
I vote off days. Especially with how physical your job is.
 
Dude if it is a hundred degrees there like here it would be pretty easy to sweat it out...bc I have never seen or worked at any labor job that air conditioned lol
 
It's not hot just check out my refinery workday attire complete with blue jeans underneath and 8" boots and gloves

I'll need to consult the book to see what it said to do

Edit: after reading the book a bit I made an adjustment last week so I'm going to give it one more week it states to wait 3 weeks to see what happens so this could just be my body adjusting to the new carb loads we'll see. If I notice any strength drops I'll change it immediately but as for right now I feel great

Sqaut grove felt great today strength is still up and weight was moving quick thought about another single but said screw it

Down sets paused the last 2 set just because I needed to make it harder in a short time to move on to the next thing

Tension on deadlift was a lot higher this week with that setup thanks herder

Seriously thought about 10 plates on hack squat machine but I'll save it

Heavy stiff legs trying to build those hamstrings up and back with the Snatch grip may need to go wider thou index was on the rings

You know another reason why I love reading your log? Cuz you do SO many exercises/session I'm always reminded of useful variants if I'm needing something new to phase in (been trying to rotate some of my accessory every month or so depending on relevance, or modify it). Always forget snatchgrip work.

Take 1200mg caffeine and you'll come up with a million variants also.

Thanks man the crew is very good at picking out weakness so I try to find a main lift variant that addresses it


Had the worse cramp in my leg last night simultaneous hamstring and quad couldn't straighten it or bend it lol ended up rolling it out

Great day thought I had more I'm me on 440 but I lost position on the 2nd rep and couldn't recover plus I felt too narrow but all in all great workout had a couple more on amrap set at 360 but they racked it

Positioning on deadlift was on point widened out a bit more with toes out more felt good and had a more vertical back position lost my grip on the 455 tops set

365 I took a breather while holding the bar on the 10th rep and rushed back into lost my pop a bit could have done a few more if I hadn't done that

Legs were shot by this time and and assistance work was tuff

This. For what you are looking for this is what I use (although I usually just use Gatorade powder for carbs).

I was there seemed a bit steep
Think a may stick with myprotein

Just want to add a bit more to my Pre and Intra without added flavor

I haven't gone through everything they have but NutraPlanet just released its own line of bulk stuff. They are usually pretty cheap.

I ordered the 10lb bag of NP protein and received x2 5lb Scivation whey in lieu of NP's (8g less protein per serving I think) It was still WHEY cheap so I can't really complain

Had an experience similar to this. Ordered waxy maize 2 5 lbers and got "carb slam" by primaforce. Same stuff but wth, if its on the site it should be ready to roll.

This. True nutrition if you know exactly what you need and wanna stock up. They can make EXACTLY what you want. Gatorade if you wanna drop $10 for something decidedly better than nothing. Best bang for buck no doubt.
Been testing Orange Intra MD this week and it's some seriously primo stuff, and it replaces both carb and an amino supp, but it ain't free.
