I just want to get as much information out there that way the u pro's can point out any flaws in thoughts and thinking or how a particular rep is performed

I know one thing I need to plan better and get back to keeping a journal just I do so much crap it's hard to keep track of every and all the weights and I want to track total weight moved too

Use the notes in your phone, bro. That's what I do. It's easy peasy
 
I'm old school, I do the note book. Technically this site can be a notebook, but when threads fly it's difficult.

Edit: and I'm no pro lol I'm a rank amature son

I gave up looking for sessions. I deleted my last log even.

Thanks that session was an effort to teach myself to stay tighter so Joe can stop yelling at me lol... I don't think I've ever been so beat just from bench I remember thinking the rest of this session is going to suck

Well in RTS there isn't much supplemental work as far as single joint. It's really based on specificity, volume, and fatigue. I do plan out 9 weeks, but I am okay with adjusting when I have to. So yes, I plan it all, but I am not afraid of on the fly stuff if I have to.

Well another year has gone and I have accumulated another 180 bucks in vitamin shopp point to spend I was thinking of getting a few bottles of AP not sure what else to get other then maybe some protein or quest bars

Select protein and metabolic nutrition grape BCAAs are pretty boss
 
I was thinking of trying the quest protein heard it was awsome but since you say select I may give that a go.. Used to drink a glass of bcaa's once a day but stopped really didn't notice anything benefits of it I'm not saying it's not just I don't know anyone so much crap out there

I train fasted a lot so that is my primary use on the BCAAs. Plus they are delicious.

Select is boss man. I think it is the best one in the store. I honestly did not care for the chocolate quest. I heard pb is really good, though.

Not bro science, but really at a micro level of the big picture is all. If heavy times of not eating I'd do that.
 
I always track my main lifts in excel and pretty much have every session from the past couple cycles on paper somewhere. its real difficult to track everything in excel, it would get kinda messy. Im trying to set up progression schemes on my primary accessory work though, but that's more or less just on paper and in my head. everything else is by feel for that day, and usually not pushed very hard weight wise.

Lately I've just been alternating between triples and doubles and just increasing the weight by 10lbs a week

I try to push 3 main movement on my supplemental days then rest is pump work not sure if it's effective yet bet we'll see

Bought some compression shorts tonight their not Rehbands but I hope the work just as well seem really solid. I couldn't order any cause money is tight atm so I had to use what little Christmas money I had left
 
Feel like im in a full body suit this morning got my knees high socks on then my slingshot knee sleeves and my cw-x compression shorts on, Lord this is getting out of hand lol
 
Those rehband shorts are like 80$ jeez haha. I wear cheap Nike/under armour ones, love em and they last for ever.still got some from my high school days.

The Rehband shorts are the same material and thickness as their knee sleeves though and you'll pay 50+ for sleeves

I like UA too. The ones DMax got look good too.

Never thought I'd heard nike/under armour as cheap. Half their stuff is overpriced to hell

I look for sales and stuff, they got the Nike and UA outlets that I go to when they got deals. I think regular price on their compression shorts is like 25$, which isn't bad.

Great day compression shorts are amazing nice and warm and tight don't get anything out of them. Jayson messed my plan up a bit was going to stick with doubles at 450 but 510 was on the bar so I did it I have a vid got to work out how to upload from my camera. I got a little loose and forward but I told my self that I that wasn't happening again so tighten up and recovered nicely

Deadlift
Felt heavy at 455 but told myself 500 for a double was happening and was Np 525 came up fine but got hooked on my shorts slowed it way down and all I had to do is get my shoulders back and would have had it. I got that bitch next week. Also blew a blood vessel in my eye and blew my nose out too on the 525 Woot lol

So funny story I was taking to norm about the shorts and I stated a 700lbs raw squatter recommend it to me so norm pipes up and said hey I'm a 700lbs raw squatter what about me I was like O I'm sorry he said I'm just messing with u plus I don't have a log for u to follow. He used to wear compression short too said he needs to get back to it
norm is 50 something and did 660 for a double easily today

Not sure if this is premature but legs feel great at the moment

I've had a few things come together recently 1) I think speed now everytime I pull 2) I moved my feet out a touch allows me to squeeze me glutes better I think
 
You're whipping my ass on the other 2 lifts though!

And yeah at this point every 5 pound increase on bench feels like 5000lbs

Man if u put some wraps on u would crush me in sqauting and deadlift I'm just waiting for that to take off for u cause your plenty strong


I've handled up to 335 on bench with the slingshot shot so 315 it doesn't feel heavy at all just don't feel that tension every speaks of and I believe it all in my setup like Joe keeps telling me if I can get that the same everytime my bench is going to take off again
 
I can only hope my deadlift takes off. I'm feeling more confident that's forsure.

And as far as wraps, I'm taking baby steps with these SBDs lol. I need to get used to them. I feel like they drastically slow my descent (no film to prove it). But that may just be me being unused to feeling something around my knees
