rob112Your like me, try to get a few thoughts in and boom! Half a page haha. It's all good in da hood
Edit: you played a mind game. I thought I read a lot when you reference a book, looked back...wasn't too long at all lol
rob112 I just want to get as much information out there that way the u pro's can point out any flaws in thoughts and thinking or how a particular rep is performed I know one thing I need to plan better and get back to keeping a journal just I do so much crap it's hard to keep track of every and all the weights and I want to track total weight moved too
I'm old school, I do the note book. Technically this site can be a notebook, but when threads fly it's difficult. Edit: and I'm no pro lol I'm a rank amature son

Thanks rob for your insight Well another year has gone and I have accumulated another 180 bucks in vitamin shopp point to spend I was thinking of getting a few bottles of AP not sure what else to get other then maybe some protein or quest bars
I was thinking of trying the quest protein heard it was awsome but since you say select I may give that a go.. Used to drink a glass of bcaa's once a day but stopped really didn't notice anything benefits of it I'm not saying it's not just I don't know anyone so much crap out there
I was taking bcaa's to fill the gaps between meals (like lunch to dinner) trying to keep protein synthesis elevated I guess bro science maybe
I always track my main lifts in excel and pretty much have every session from the past couple cycles on paper somewhere. its real difficult to track everything in excel, it would get kinda messy. Im trying to set up progression schemes on my primary accessory work though, but that's more or less just on paper and in my head. everything else is by feel for that day, and usually not pushed very hard weight wise.
Those rehband shorts are like 80$ jeez haha. I wear cheap Nike/under armour ones, love em and they last for ever.still got some from my high school days.
DMax, you get the low oxygen mask yet?
Oof screw that!
The Rehband shorts are the same material and thickness as their knee sleeves though and you'll pay 50+ for sleeves
I like UA too. The ones DMax got look good too.
Never thought I'd heard nike/under armour as cheap. Half their stuff is overpriced to hell
Makes sense then, must get some nice bounce from those then.
It's just disguistingly sweaty neoprene shorts lol
.
3 plate club coming through
Got's to catch up with u man your way ahead on our quest to 405 Man let me tell u that 315 was ruff

You're whipping my ass on the other 2 lifts though!
And yeah at this point every 5 pound increase on bench feels like 5000lbs
